Juurdepääsutee ehituse töökorralduse projekt

Abstract

Käesoleva lõputöö aluseks on võetud Riigi Kaitseinvesteeringute Keskuse etteantud „Tehniline kirjeldus projekteerimis- ja ehitustööde teostamiseks“, mille aluseks omakorda on Transpordiameti juhend „Maanteede projekteerimisnormid“. Kuna lõputöö kirjutajal on varasemaid kogemusi nii Tapa keskpolügoni, tanki lähi harjutusväljaku ja Sirgala harjutusväljaku ehitusega, siis saatetakse antud objekti teostama lõputöö autor, koos oma meeskonnaga. Lõputöö eesmärk oli riigitee Riigiteede nr 67 Võru – Mõniste – Valga km 5,66 ja riigitee nr 25134 Sõmerpalu – Mustahamba km 2,41 ühendustee töödeks vajamineva tehnika valimine ja tööde teostamiseks kuluva ajakulu väljaarvutamine. Autor saavutas lõputööle püstitatud eesmärgi. Lisaks sellele, sai täidetud ka eesmärk, milleks oli välja arvutada töödeks kuluv aeg ja objekti valmimistähtaja leidmine. Antud objekti valmimistähtaeg ilma vaegtöödeta, milleks võib olla markeerimine, on 23.11.2023. Antud objekt on tehtav on tehtav 2023 aasta jooksul, sest masinapargis on dubleeritud masinate arvu ning teatud töid on võimalik teha samaaegselt erinevates objekti lõikudes. Lõputöö jaguneb neljaks osaks, millest viimane sisaldab endas lisasid. Esimeses osas on autor tutvustanud teetööde tehnilist kirjeldust, teises osas toonud välja objekti masinapargi koos masinate jõudluse arvutustega ning kolmandas arvutanud erinevateks töödeks vajavamineva ajakulu. Ühe lisana on autor koostanud MS Projectis kalendergraafiku. Kui antud objektil on kõik tööd teostatud ja tee liiklusele avatud, siis väheneb kahe riigitee vaheline kaugus 8 km võrra. Samuti paraneb antud teelõigul tänu suuremale kattelaiusele liiklusohutus ning uute kraavide rajamisele ka teemuldkeha liigmärgumise oht. Construction Management Project for the Construction of an Access Road The following thesis deals with the work project and the descriptions of road works of the road designed to connect state road No 67 Võru – Mõniste – Valga km 5.66 and state road No 25134 Sõmerpalu – Mustahamba km 2.41. This connection road does not exist at the moment and is expected to be completed by the end of 2023. In their thesis, the author prepared a detailed description of the works of the road to be constructed. The purpose of the thesis was to find the time and resources needed to build the given connection road, and this goal was achieved. The aim of the thesis was also to find a suitable machine fleet to perform the works and to calculate the time spent on the works according to the given data, provided that the duration of the working days is considered to be ten hours. This aim was also achieved by the author – this included the calculation of the time required for the work, finding the required machine fleet and its operating resources, and calculating the deadline for the completion of the object. The completion date of this object without additional works that do not affect the use of the road, eg marking, is 23 November 2023, which fulfils the goal. The thesis is divided into four parts. The first part outlines the technical specifications of the field works. The second part lists the machine fleet of the object with calculations of the performance of the machines. In the third part, the time needed to complete the works is calculated. In the fourth part, under the annexes, a calendar schedule is provided for the works. The given object reduces the distance between 2 state roads by 8 km. Road safety will improve and thanks to the creation of new ditches, the possibility of flooding is reduced.
