Kleitide kavandamine O-figuuriga naistele

Lõputöö eesmärk oli välja arendada ettevõttele Four Flavor GmbH erinvate lõikeliste lahendustega kleite O-figuuriga naistele. Töö valmistamisel kasutati erinevaid erialaseid tarkvaraprogramme. Tehniliste ja läbilõikejooniste joonestamiseks Lectra Kaledo Style programmi, lõigete konstrueerimiseks, tehniliseks paljundamiseks, paigutusjoonisteks ning 3D prototüüpide loomiseks Optitex PDS 15 programmi. Töö käigus kavandati kolm mudelit, võttes arvesse O-figuurile omast keha keskosa täidlust ning soovituslikke stiilinõuandeid. Töös tutvustati nelja erinevat kehatüüpi, neist kõige enam töös käsitlevat O-tüüpi. Toodi välja stiilinõuandeid kõhukale figuurile ning kirjeldati detailselt arendatavaid mudeleid. Analüüsiti 16 O-figuuriga naise mõõte ning jõuti järeldusele, et O-kehatüübile mudeleid arendades tuleb arvesse võtta vajadust suurendada vööümbermõõtu 4 cm võrra. Vastavalt M. Müller & Sohn meetodile konstrueeriti kehaosa ja varruka põhilõiked, millest tuletati unifitseeritud moekohased lõiked. Valmistati lekaalid ning tehniline paljundus suurustes 42-50. Kavanditele valmistati töö käigus ka 3D prototüübid. Töös arvestati nii kanga- kui niidikulu.

The following graduation thesis – Development of Dresses for Women With O Shaped Bodies – is describing the developement process of three prototypes on the basis of Four Flavor GmbH, who produces dresses for women with four different body types. The main focus in this thesis is developing dresses for the O body type. It’s been taken into account that this body type requires some adjustments in terms of measurments taken from the standard size charts. After analysing 16 bodies with this specific body type, the conclusion has been reached that the O-body type needs more allowance on the waist circumferencee measurment than the standard, on average 4 cm more. The styling recommendations for the O-type have been beared in mind when designing the prototypes. They suggest trying to create an impression of a longer body, keeping the lines straight and adding details rather above the bust and under the waistline to leave the midsection of the body relatively plain. Baring legs and creating V-neck lines which bring attention to the bust should show the best parts of the women with an O-type body. A variety of expert software programs has been used throughout the process of writing this thesis. Optitex PDS 15 for the pattern making, grading, layout and 3D simulation. Lectra Kaledo Style for the technical drawings and cross sections of the workmanship. The aim of thesis was fulfilled in the face of three prototypes being ready to be sent into the manufacturing process.
