Lao efektiivsuse tõstmise võimalused LabelPrint OÜ toormaterjalide lao näitel

Käesolev lõputöö keskendub ettevõtte toormaterjalide varude analüüsile. Kuna aastate jooksul on ettevõtte töömahud suurenenud, kasutatavate toormaterjalide sortiment laienenud, seisab ettevõte silmitsi ruumipuudulikkusega toormaterjalide laos. Töö eesmärgiks on välja pakkuda ettevõttele sobiv varude juhtimise kontseptsioon, millest edaspidi toormaterjalide varude planeerimisel ja juhtimisel lähtuda. Lõputöö koosneb kahest peatükist. Töö esimeses, teoreetilises osas, kirjutab autor laovarude olemusest ja vajalikkusest, samuti ladustamise olulisusest laovarude juhtimisel ning kirjeldab ka varude juhtimise erinevaid meetodeid. Teises, praktilises osas annab autor ülevaate ettevõtte tänasest olukorrast ning varude juhtimise protsessist ning viib läbi varude analüüsid erinevate parameetrite järgi. Praktilise osa viimases peatükis teeb autor omapoolsed parendusettepanekud, tuginedes tehtud analüüside tulemustele.

Current thesis is based on one specific company’s raw material analysis. Over the years, the workload of the company has increased and the selection of the raw materials used has been expanded, which is why the company is facing a lack of room in the raw material warehouse. The purpose of this diploma thesis is to propose an inventory management concept for LabelPrint OÜ by analysing the raw material inventory of the company, to be taken as a basis for inventory planning and management in the future. To achieve this, the author first perused topical literature on the nature of and need for warehouse inventory, and various methods for the management thereof. In the second chapter, the author describes company’s current situation, inventory management processes and performs analysis for the items of raw material, considering different parameters. In the last paragraph, the author makes amendmets, which are based on the results of the analysis.
