Kokkuvõte

Tootmisprotsesside efektiivsus on oluline ettevõtte konkurentsivõime tõstmiseks. Üks projektidest antud suunas on ACX580 sagedusmuundurite koosteliin. Lõputöö raames ehitati automaatikasüsteemi ACX580 sagedusmuundurite koosteliini jaoks. Tulemuseks on süsteem, milline võimaldab kärudele omavahel dokkida elektromagnetite abil. Praegu on sama tsükli kestus 8 kuni 9 tundi.

The efficiency of production processes is essential for increasing the company's competitiveness. The ABB AS Drives and Renewables factory is no exception and the company is moving towards automation of production processes. One of the projects in this direction is the assembly line for ACX580 frequency converters. In the course of the thesis, the automation system for the ACX580 frequency converter assembly line was built. The result is a system that allows the trolley to dock with electromagnets. Another important part of this system is software Legacy, which saves the times of the production process cycles using the appropriate sensors, binds them to the product information and the responsible manufacturing worker and writes the data in the database. Prior to the construction of the above-mentioned assembly line, the frequency converters had a production time of 28 to 32 hours, depending on the type of product. Currently, assembly of frequency converter takes 8 to 9 hours. However, the development potential of this assembly line is not limited to the foregoing. The possibilities of automating the line-rail can be coupled to the total cycle of generating the product, by monitoring production data and time over the entire assembly line. In this perspective, production efficiency will grow even more.
