Rae valda planeeritava tehnoülevaatuspunkti tasuvusanalüüs

Sõidukite kuni 3500 kg tehnoülevaatuspunkti loomine Rae valda võib autori analüüsi kohaselt olla tasuv ettevõtmine. Nagu iga ettevõtte loomisel peab arvesse võtma seda, et firma tööle saamine ja kasumi tekitamine esimestel aastatel on kaheldav. Selle jaoks on suur osatähtsus ettevõtte reklaamimisel ja turundamisel. Ülevaatusel osalenud busside ja veokite osakaal teiste kategooriatega võrreldes kogu Eestis oli 5,5%. Autor ei näe põhjust rajada Rae valda veel ühte ülevaatushoonet, mis pakuks teenust ka veokitele ja bussidele, sest muidu kasvaksid ka märkimisväärselt ettevõtte rajamis- ja halduskulutused. 2018 aastal teostati eri linnades kokku 596898 tehnoülevaatust. Ülevaatustel osalenud sõidukite hulk Tallinnas on 134686. Rae valda registreeritud sõidukite hulk on 16551 [2]. Statistikaid ja numbreid on võimalik kätte saada ning analüüsida lõputult. See kuidas hakkab välja nägema ettevõtte toimimise või mittetoimimise tegelik kulg sõltub paljudel asjaoludel ning on raske täpselt ette ennustada. Kõige suuremaks ohuks ettevõtte loomisel võib olla tihe konkurents. Autori arvates on ettevõtte asukoht konkurentide suhtes soodne ning sõidukite hulk asukohas piisavalt suur, et ära tagada piisav klientuur. Autori planeeritava ettevõtte rajamiskulude summa on 38 733 € ja prognoositavad halduskulud kokku 117 253 €. Tehnoülevaatuspunkti suurimad halduskulutused on tööjõu kulud ja muud kulud, kuhu alla kuuluvad hoone igakuised rendikulud, laenu intress, reklaam jne. Ettevõtte prognoositavad tulud leidis autor sõltuvalt Rae vallas olevatest registreeritud sõidukitest ja konkurentidest. Kogutulu tehnoülevaatusest ja muudest teenustest kokku sai autor 179 399 € ning kogukulu 155 986 €. Arvutuslik ettevõtte tasuvusaeg on 2,5 aastat, mis reaalsuses võib olla natukene liiga optimistlik.

The biggest threat to the company's creation can be intense competition. In the author's view, the company's location is favourable to its competitors and the number of vehicles in the location is large enough to guarantee an adequate clientele. The amount of the cost of construction of the author's planning company is 38 733 euros and the estimated administrative expenses total 117 253 €. The largest administrative expenditure of the roadworthiness test is the staff costs and other costs, which include the cost of the building's monthly rental, loan interest, advertising, etc. The estimated revenues of the company were found by the author depending on the registered vehicles and competitors of the Rae municipality. Total revenue from roadworthiness tests and other services received 179 399 € and the total cost 155 986 €. The calculated company's payoff time is 2.5 years, which in reality may be a little optimistic.
