Infoliikumise mõjutegurid haridusasutuse näitel

Käesoleva uurimistöö raames keskendub autor haridusasutuse infoliikumise korraldusele. Lõputöö eesmärk oli välja selgitada infoliikumist toetavad ja takistavad tegurid koolis ning empiirilise uuringu põhjal teha ettepanekuid infoliikumise parendamiseks. Püstitatud ülesanded eesmärgi saavutamiseks olid -anda ülevaade organisatsiooni infoliikumisest ja infoliikumist mõjutavatest teguritest teoreetiliste allikate ja läbiviidud uuringute põhjal ning koostada metoodika empiirilise uuringu läbiviimiseks; selgitada välja infoliikumise korraldus Võsu koolis, kaardistada infoliikumiseks kasutatavad kanalid ning infoliikumine erinevate sihtrühmade vahel; analüüsida uuringu tulemusi ja välja selgitada infoliikumise hetkeolukord ja võimalikud kitsaskohad ning kokkuvõtete põhjal teha ettepanekud infoliikumise parendamiseks. Teema aktuaalsus seisneb selles, et koolides peab info liikuma mitme erineva sihtgrupi vahel ja samas on info liikumiseks väga palju erinevaid keskkondi ja kanaleid. Kokkulepitud suhtluskanalid, veebiplatvormid ja õppetöö korraldus loovad stabiilsust nii õpilastele, õpetajatele, kui ka lapsevanematele ja kindlad kokkulepped infokorralduses on väga olulised.

In the framework of this research, the author focuses on the organization of information flow in educational institutions. The aim of the graduation thesis is to find out the factors that support and hinder the flow of information in School and to make suggestions for improving the flow of information based on empirical research. The tasks of the graduation thesis are: to give an overview of the organization's information flow and the factors influencing the information flow on the basis of theoretical sources and conducted research, and to compile a methodology for conducting empirical research; To find out the organization of information flow in Võsu school, to map the channels used for information flow and information flow between different target groups; To analyze the results of the study and identify the current situation of information flow and possible bottlenecks;Based on the summaries, to make suggestions for improving the school's information exchange. As local government-managed units, educational institutions are in the information field of several different target groups. The flow of rapid, relevant, and necessary information ensures high-quality teaching and thus also the provision and acquisition of competitive education. In schools, information must flow between several different target groups, and at the same time, there are many different environments and channels for information to flow. Agreed communication channels, online platforms, and the organization of teaching create stability for students, teachers as well as parents, and firm agreements in information management are very important.
