CAB Plan tarkvara rakendamine Auto-Bon AC AS keretöökojas

Lõputöö käsitleb autoremondi keretöökoja tööde planeerimistarkvara CAB Plani rakendamist Auto-Bon AC AS näitel, kus tarkvara võeti kasutusele 2020. aasta detsembris. Lõputöö tarbeks viidi läbi intervjuusid ja küsitlusi tarkvara turustaja, ettevõtte juhatuse liikme ning keretöökoja töötajatega (meistrid, keretehnikud, maalrid) ning koguti ja analüüsiti CAB Plan rakendamisega seotud statistilisi andmeid. Töö tulemusena anti soovitusi, kuidas CAB Plani rakendamise info põhjal töökoja edasist tööd tõhusamalt korraldada.

The dissertation deals with the implementation of car body repair workshop workflow planning software CAB Plan on the example of Auto-Bon AC AS, where the software was introduced in December 2020. For the dissertation, interviews and surveys were conducted with the software distributor, the company's board member and employees of the car body repair workshop (masters, body technicians, painters). Also, statistical data related to the implementation of the CAB Plan were collected and analyzed. As a result, recommendations were made on how to organize the further work of the workshop more efficiently based on the analysis of the implementation of CAB Plan.
