SAP Ariba ostuhaldussüsteemi juurutamine ABB AS projekti raames

Käesolevas lõputöös vaadeldatud ja võrreldatud kaks ABB AS-i tarnijate andmehaldus platvormi. Oli tuvastatud probleemsed kohad varasemas ProSupply+ platvormis ja õigustatud üleminek uue platvormile SAP Ariba. Töös oli tehtud:

1. Protsessiaegu analüüs (Vooanalüüs), mis võimaldas ettevõttele tuvastada kõrvalekaldeid ja määrata kindlaks protsessid, kus probleemid tekivad.
2. Võrdlev analüüs näitas mitmeid olulisi erinevusi mõlema platvormi vahel ning tõi esile mõlema süsteemi eelised ja puudused. SAP Ariba süsteemi eeliste selgeks näitamiseks töötati välja radardiagramm, et tuvastada peamised aspektid ja kajastada neid tähtsuse skaalal.
3. Töös ka oli antud soovitusi platvormi SAP Ariba edasiseks täiustamiseks. Oma isikliku kogemuse põhjal uue SAP Ariba süsteemiga on autor töötanud välja nõuanded ettevõttele, kuidas süsteemi veelgi täiustada. Projekti parandamiseks pakuti välja meetmed, mis võimaldavad ettevõttel tõhusamalt hallata hankeprotsessi ja suhtlemist tarnijatega. Seetõttu käesolev lõputöö andis ettevõtele täieliku ülevaate ja võrdluse kahest tarnijate haldamise süsteemist ja lubas paremini mõista SAP Ariba platvormi eeliseid.

In this thesis, two ABB AS supplier data management platforms were reviewed and compared. Problem areas in the previous ProSupply+ platform were identified and a migration to the new platform SAP Ariba was justified. In the thesis was done: 1. A process time analysis (flow analysis), which allowed the company to identify anomalies and identify processes where problems arise. 2. The comparative analysis revealed a number of important differences between the two platforms and highlighted the advantages and disadvantages of both systems. In order to clearly illustrate the advantages of the SAP Ariba system, a radar diagram was developed to identify the key aspects and reflect them in a scale of importance. 3. In the thesis author also made recommendations for further improvement of the SAP Ariba platform. Based on personal experience with the new SAP Ariba system, the author has developed tips for companie on how to further improve the system. Measures were proposed to improve the project, enabling the company to manage the procurement process and the interaction with suppliers more efficiently. Therefore, this thesis provided the company with a complete overview and comparison of the two vendor management systems and allowed a better understanding of the benefits of the SAP Ariba platform.
