Transpordikulude vähendamise võimalused tootmisettevõttes

Töö oli koostatud teemal Transpordikulude vähendamise võimalused tootmisettevõttes. Lõputöö eesmärk oli tootmisettevõtte näitel analüüsida transpordikulude vähendamise võimalusi läbi tellimuste ja vedude optimeerimise ning teha ettepanekuid kulude vähendamiseks. Töö teoreetilistele lähtekohtadele tuginedes koostati lõputöö, uuriti kulude juhtimist tarneahelas, kasutades lõputöö metoodikat. Uurimisprobleemiks oli aina suurenevad transpordikulud ja kauba õige aegne kätte saamine ja transpordi eelarves püsimine. Kuna transpordi hind sõltub kauba suurusest ja kaalust, siis üldjuhul rohkem kaupa korraga tuua on odavam. Siin kerkib üles aga probleem, et projektid vajavad kaupa kindlaks kuupäevaks, aga laokaubaga on aega siis tulebki leida kindel optimaalne lahendus, et transpordi kulud oleks madalad ja projektid püsiksid ajakavas.

The thesis is compiled on the topic of "Possibilities of Reducing Transport Costs in a Manufacturing Company." The subject is relevant because transportation prices are constantly rising due to a significant increase in diesel fuel prices over the past year, and employees' wage expectations are also rising. Since January 2022, fuel prices have risen by over 65%, demand in Europe is decreasing, and there are no signs of a decrease in the shortage of truck drivers. A study is needed because transportation costs are increasingly becoming a significant portion of the product's price, which either reduces profits substantially or eliminates them altogether. To alleviate this problem, it is necessary to explore ways to reduce transportation costs. The problem within the company is the ever-increasing transportation costs, timely delivery of goods, and staying within the transportation budget. Since transportation costs depend on the size and weight of the goods, generally, transporting more goods at once is cheaper. However, this raises the issue that projects require goods by specific dates, but with warehouse stock available, finding a definite optimal solution to keep transportation costs low while maintaining project schedules becomes essential.
