Finantsmajandusliku olukorra hindamine Mayeri Industries AS näitel

Viimased aastad on kaasa toonud mitmeid muutusi majanduses: inflatsiooni, tarneraskused, tootmissisendite- ja energiahinna tõusu, nõudluse kahanemise ning üleüldise majanduskeskkonna ebakindluse. Suuremad tagasilöögid on tabanud just tööstussektorit, millel on tulnud hakkama saada tarneprobleemidega, eksporditurgude langusega ja tootmiskulude tõusuga. Majanduskeskkonnas toimuvad muutused avaldavad ettevõtete äritegevusele ning finantstulemustele olulist mõju. Tagamaks ebakindlates majandusoludes ettevõtte jätkusuutlikkus, on oluline teostada finantsnäitajate analüüs ja hindamine, et tuvastada nõrgad kohad ettevõtte finantsmajanduslikus olukorras ning leida võimalikud parendusvõimalused.

Lõputöö uurimisobjektiks on töötleva tööstuse tegevusharus tegutsev tarbekeemia tootmisettevõte Mayeri Industries AS. Lõputöö eesmärk on hinnata Mayeri Industries AS'i finantsnäitajaid ja nende muutusi aastatel 2019-2022 ning selle põhjal teha järeldusi ja vajadusel ettepanekuid finantsmajandusliku olukorra parendamiseks. Lõputöö koosneb kahest peatükist. Esimeses peatükis antakse ülevaade lõputöö metoodikast, kus selgitatakse uuringu olemust. Teises peatükis esitatakse finantsmajandusliku olukorra hindamise teoreetilised põhimõtted ning seejärel teostatakse Mayeri Industries AS'i finantsmajandusliku olukorra hindamine. Finantsmajandusliku olukorra hindamiseks viidi läbi ettevõtte finantsnäitajate analüüs: bilansi, kasumiaruande ja rahavoogude aruande horisontaal- ja vertikaalanalüüs ning suhtarvuanalüüs, kus analüüsiti ettevõtte maksevõimet, efektiivsust ning tasuvust. Analüüsitulemusi võrreldi ettevõtte varasemate perioodide näitajatega, üldtunnustatud tavadega, tegevusala keskmistega ning kooskõlas erialaspetsialistide arvamustega. Analüüsitulemuste põhjal tehti järeldused ettevõtte finantsmajandusliku olukorra ja selle muutuste kohta ning toodi välja parendusettepanekuid.

The title of this thesis is “Assessment of the Financial and Economic Situation of Mayeri Industries AS”. The topicality of the thesis relies on the uncertainty of the economic environment, which have led to inflation, problems in supply chains, increasing production input and energy prices and decreasing demand. The biggest setbacks have hit the industrial sector which has faced supply problems, declining export markets and rising production costs. The turbulent global economy affects companies' normal business and financial performance. Therefore, it is important to assess the financial situation to identify weaknesses in the company's financial health and, if necessary, make proposals for improvement.

The company under investigation, is active in the production and sale of household chemical products. The aim of the thesis is to assess the financial performance of Mayeri Industries AS 2019-2022, based on the analysis, draw conclusions and, if necessary, make proposals to improve the financial and economic situation. The thesis is divided into two chapters. The first chapter gives an overview of the thesis methodology, explaining the nature of the survey. The second chapter sets out the theoretical framework for the assessment of the financial and economic situation, followed by an analysis of the financial performance of Mayeri Industries AS. Methods used to assess the financial performance were horizontal and vertical analysis of balance sheet, income statement and cash flow statement, and ratio analysis (solvency, efficiency, and profitability of the company). The analysis results were compared with the company's performance in previous periods, with generally accepted practices, with industry averages and in line with the opinions of experts. Based on the results of the analysis, conclusions were drawn, and proposals were made to improve the financial situation of the company.
