Ujumistrikoode väljatöötamine Kamilla OÜ-le

Diplomitöö eesmärgiks oli lahendada uute ujumistrikoode mudelite puuduse probleemi ja koostöös ettevõtte Kamilla OÜ-ga välja töötada erinevate lõikeliste lahendustega ujumistrikoo mudelid. Pakutud disainide seast valiti koos ettevõtte konstruktoriga välja neli mudelit, millest valmisid ettevõttele mudelite lõplikud näidised. Välja valitud toodete põhjal koostati töö kirjalik osa, mis koosneb viiest peatükist: kollektsiooni kavandamine, konstruktsioon ja tehnoloogia, õmblusmaterjalide kulu normeerimine, mudeli tehniline kirjeldus ja majanduslik osa. Kollektsiooni kavandamise osas on tutvustatud ujumise ajalugu, kollektsiooni loomise tingimusi, tootmiseks valitud mudelite välisilme kirjeldust ja kangaste valikut. Konstruktsiooni ja tehnoloogia osas kirjeldatakse: põhilõike konstrueerimist, moekohaste lõigete valmistamist, sõlmede tehnoloogilist töötlemist, lekaalide loomist ja tehniliste paljunduste skeeme. Õmblusmaterjalide kulu normeerimise osa keskendub: igale mudelile kuluvate kangaste, niitide ja teiste vajalike materjalide hulgale. Mudeli tehnilise kirjelduses on toodud seadmete valik ja iseloomustus, valmistoote mõõtude tabel ja mudelitele tootekaardid. Majanduslik osas arvutatakse põhi- ja abimaterjalide maksumus ja tuuakse välja toote lõpliku hinna kujunemine. Trikood on tehtud unifitseerimis meetodil ja erineva värvide lahendustega, Lõikeid saab modelleerida ja kangaid omavahel erinevalt kombineerida. Arvestatud on spordi eripärade ja treeneri ning treenitavate eelistustega.

The aim of the thesis was to solve the probleem of the lack of new models of swimwear and to develop swimsuit models with various cutting-edge designs in cooperation with Kamilla OÜ. Four models from the proposed designs were selected with company designer, from which the finaal samples of models were prepared for the company. The written part of the work consists five chapters: designing of the collection, construction and technology, the cost of sewing materials, technical description of the model and economic part. The design of the collection includes the history of swimming, the conditions for creating a collection, the description of the models selected for production, and selection of fabrics. For construction and technology, there are described: construction of main pattern, creating modeled patterns, technological processing, the making of sewing patterns and technical propagation schemes. The cost of sewing materials is focused on the amount of the fabrics, threads and ohter materials needed for each model. The technical description of the model includes the selection of equipment and product, finished product dimensions table and the product cards for each model. In the eqonomic part, the cost of Basic and auxiliary materials and the final price of the products is calculated. The Swimsuits is made using unifying method and diferent color solutions. The patterns can be modeled and the fabrics combined in diferent way. Considered the specifics of the sport and the trainer and trainees preferences.
