Valga maakonna riigimaantee nr 23193 Piiri-Jeti km 0,00-12,948 teetööde kirjeldus ja töökorralduse projekt

Teetööde kirjeldused võimaldavad efektiivselt parandada säilitusremondi raames remonditavate teede seisukorda. Piiri-Jeti teelõigul teostatakse vastavalt koostatud teetöödekirjeldusele külmakerkeliste kohtade remonti, vahetatakse välja põhiteetruubid, kaevatakse külgkraavid, ehitatakse mahasõite ja uuendatakse kruuskatet purustatud kruusa pealeveoga. Teemaa-alalt raiutakse nähtavust piiravad ja kraavidele ette jäävad puud. Kõik need eelmainitud tööd tagavad parema sõidumugavuse, ja liiklusohutuse. Kokku vältavad tööd Piiri-Jeti teelõigul 41 tööpäeva. Kõige ajakulukam on kraavide kaevamine. Kaevamisele kulub 21 päeva. Tegelikult on tööprotsess pikem, kuna samaaegselt teostatakse ühe mehhanismi poolt ka juurimine, nõlvade planeerimine ja külmakerkeliste kohtade väljakaevamine. Lõputöö raames koostatud töökorraldusprojekt on abiks tööde planeerimisel, ehituseelarve tegemisel ja tööde läbiviimisel, võimaldades muuta kogu ehitusprotsess efektiivsemaks. Töö autoril tuleb esitada Maanteeameti insenerile lõplik teetööde kirjeldus ja arvatavasti peab koostaja olema osaline ka ehitusprotsessis.

This thesis is on the subject of compiling the descriptions of the maintenance road works for the Piiri–Jeti road No. 23193, collecting the necessary data and organizing the planned works. The purpose of compiling descriptions of road works is to create documentation on the basis of which it is possible to eliminate backwardness and maintain the condition of the road. In order to receive data it is necessary to cooperate with the senior service technician of the region and perform additional measurements at the object. The purpose of the section relating to work organization is to enable the efficient use of time and resources. To achieve this, one must select appropriate mechanisms, calculate the time required for the works, elaborate the entire construction process to avoid waste and increase efficiency. It is planned to repair the road in the framework of the maintenance road works of 2015. In Valga County, maintenance road works are performed under the maintenance agreement. Work volumes and costs are recorded in an annex to the agreement. The compilation of road work descriptions is the obligation of the contractor under the agreement. In Valga County, Kagu Teed AS performs the maintenance works. Pursuant to the road work description, the works performed on the Piiri–Jeti road section are: repairing spots with frost heaves, replacing the culverts of the main road, digging roadside ditches, constructing exit roads, and renewing the gravel surface with additional crushed gravel. The trees in the road area that hinder visibility and disturb the construction of ditches are felled. All the aforementioned works guarantee a comfortable driving experience and improved traffic safety. Altogether, the works on the Piiri–Jeti road section will last 41 days. Digging ditches is the most time consuming task, which will take 21 days. The work process is actually longer, as a mechanism will also do the uprooting, level the banks and dig out the frost heaves at the same time. The work project compiled for the thesis is of a great assistance in planning works, compiling the construction budget and performing works, lending extra efficiency to the construction process.
