Maantee nr 13 Jägala-Kärevete km 19,8-31 ehituskorralduse projekt

Valminud diplomitöös on vaadeldud ehitustööde korraldamisel mitmeid olulisi probleeme ja on üritatud leida nendele lahendusi. Kogu selle protsessi tulemusena on valminud ehitustööde korralduse projekt. Töö valmimisel on selgunud järgnevad asjaolud: • Kõik vajalikud projektis ettenähtud tööprotsessid on jagatud 20-ks tööks, mis on kantud tsüklogrammile ja tänu millele on kogu ehitus terve ehitusaja vältel jälgitav. • Seal, kus vähegi võimalik, on asfalteerimised ja muud katendiga seotud tööd plaanitud liinitööna, mis tagab asfalditehaste optimaalse kasutamise ja tee-ehitusmasinate järjestikuse töö minimaalsete seisakutega. • Kõik vajalikud ja nõutud tööd ehitataval teel on mahutatud tsüklogrammile nii, et kogu ehitustöö on võimalik lõpetada tähtajaks augusti keskel 2014. • Tänu ressursitabelile on võimalik vältida masinate ja erinevate brigaadide liiga suurt kontsentratsiooni ühel ajahetkel mingis asukohas. • Tsüklogrammi koostamine ja selle hilisem järgimine tagab selle, et kõik tööd saaksid tehtud loogilises järjekorras ja et samal ajal tehtavad tööd üksteist ei segaks. • Tööd on planeeritud nii, et tööde tegemiseks on ettenähtud vaid tööpäevad. Kokkuvõtteks tuleb öelda, et tehtud töö ja selle tulemus on vaid üks variant, kuidas seda ehitust saab teostada ja ajagraafikus püsida. Kindlasti tuleb ehituse käigus nii mõndagi plaanis muuta aga üldjoontes on kõik esitletu järgitav ja teostatav. Antud projekt on hetkel reaalselt kasutuses, ning tööd püsivad selle järgi täpselt graafikus. Tööde teostamisele aitab väga palju kaasa, kui eelnevalt on selle kohane plaan välja töötatud. Tänu tehtud arvutustele ja kogemustele, mis töö tegemise käigus tehtud ja kogetud sai, on need teadmised kindlasti kasulikud ka tulevikus ja aitavad seega kaasa ka autori tulevaste tee-ehitustööde planeerimisele ja korraldamisele.

In the completed diploma thesis several important problems in organising construction works have been surveyed and solutions to them have been tried to. As a result of all this process a construction works organisation project has been drawn up. The following circumstances have become clear while writing the current thesis: • All the necessary work processes, scheduled in the project, have been divided into 20 works that have been entered on a sequence diagram thanks to which the whole construction is observable during the whole construction period. • Where it is ever possible asphalting and other works, connected with the pavement, have been planned as line work. This guarantees the optimum use of the asphalt plants and a work sequence of road construction machines with minimum pauses. • All the necessary and required works on the road under construction have been fitted on the sequence diagram in such a way that it is possible to finish the whole construction works for the deadline at the middle of August 2014. • Thanks to the resource table it is possible to avoid a too big concentration of machines and different brigades at the same time moment in some location. • Drawing up the sequence diagram and keeping to it later guarantees that all the works would be done in a logical sequence and that the works, being done at the same time, would not disturb each other. • The works are planned in such a way that only working days are fixed for executing the works. For the conclusion it must be said that the done work and its result is only one variant how this construction can be performed and kept on schedule. It is certain that something must be changed in the plan in the course of the construction but in general all the things presented can be followed and performed This project is currently in use in the real and the works are exactly according to this schedule. The previously developed plan is helping very mutch to the work progress. Thanks to the performed calculations and experience that was got and felt in the course of writing this thesis, this knowledge is certainly useful also in the future. It will therefore also contribute to the author’s future planning and organising of road construction works.
