| dc.description.abstract | Diplomitöö ülesandeks on pakkuda eskiisprojekti mahus lahendus Tallinnas, Pirita linnaosas, aadressil Kloostrimetsa tee 29 krundil asuvale Pirita Perearstikeskuse uuele hoonele. Hoone asub krundil parkmetsa poolses küljes, lõpetades tänavaküljel hoonestuse. Sissesõit ja külaliste parkimiskohad asetsevad vastasküljes. Vahele, peasissepääsu ette moodustub suubuvatest kõnniteedest sillutatud väike plats, mis on ümbritsetud istumispinkidega ja mille ääred on haljastatud. Hoone teine, esifassaadi taha viidud sissepääs toimib majandussissepääsuna. Planeerimisel on püütud maksimaalselt säilitada olemasolevat kõrghaljastust. Perearstikeskus on projekteeritud kolme maapealse ja ühe maa-aluse korrusega. Kolmnurgakujuline hoone on lahendatud aatriumhoonena. Vertikaalne liikumine korruste vahel toimub liftiga ja hajutatult kahes eri küljes asuva evakuatsiooniteedena töötava trepikojaga. Hoone esimesele ja teisele korrusele on paigutatud perearstikeskuse peamised funktsioonid. Esimesel korrusel on perearstide, -õdede kabinetid ning protseduuriruumid. Lisaks ootesaal, registratuur, garderoob ja nõupidamisete-, koosolekusaal. Teisel korrusel paiknevad täiendavate lisateenuste kabinetid abiruumidega- füsioteraapia koos riietusruumide ja suurema saaliga, hambaarstid ning sotsiaalnõustajate ja psühholoogide kabinetid. Maa-alusele korrusele on lahendatud personali parkla, millest on otseühendus peatrepikoja ja lifti kaudu kolmandale korrusele, kus asuvad personali riietus- pesu-, puhke- ja söögiruumid. Hoone arhitektuur lähtub hoone plaanist, kus põhjapoolne tagakülg oma ortogonaalse plaanilahendusega on tagasihoidlikum. Lõunakülje, nurga all välisseinaga kabinetid, on väljast kaetud otsese päikesevalguse eest varjava alumiinium-kassettidest topeltfassaadiga, mille sees olevad avad on vastavalt vajadusele, kas pakkuda aknaavadele päikese eest kaitset või mitte; avatud, või täidetud erineva perforeeritusastmega plaatidega. Topeltfassaad on volditud, muutes peasissepääsu poolse külje aktiivsemaks-atraktiivsemaks. | et |
| dc.description.abstract | The aim of this thesis is to provide a project draft solution for the Pirita Healthcare Centre building located in Tallinn, Pirita District, address Kloostrimetsa road 29. The building is located on the lot of park forest side and finishing the building on the side of the street. Drive in and parking lot are located on the opposite side. In front of the main entrance there is a formation of a flowing small square paved walkways which are surrounded with benches and the edges are landscaped. The second entrance of the building is behind frontfacade and serves as second entrance. In planning this project it was tried to preserve as much as possible of the existing terrain. The Healthcare Center is designed with three floors above the ground and one below the ground. Triangle-shaped building is solved as atrium. Elevator is used to move vertically between the floors and it is located in two stairways, which function as escape routes. The main functions of the health care centre are located on the first and second floor. On the first floor there are the offices for the family doctors and nurses and procedure room. In addition a lounge, reception, wardrobe and meeting and board room. Offices with support facilities are located on the second floor which provide additional services- physiotherapy with wardrobe and a bigger hall, dentists and offices for social counselors and psychologists. The parking spaces for the employees are located underground which is connected directly with the main stairway. The parking spaces are also connected with the elevator up to the third floor where the are dressing, washing, resting and dining rooms. The arhitecture of the building is based on the building plan where the northern rear side with its the orthogonal planning solution is more modest. Offices which outside walls are facing the South side are covered with aluminium-cassette double facade that covers direct sunlight. The double facade is folded thus making the side of the main entrance more active and attractive. | en |
