Ärihoone Ehituse Organiseerimine

Lõputööga on organiseeritud ärihoone ehitus, lähtudes ehitustingimustest ja arhitektuursest lahendusest. Krundile suurusega 11551 m² tuleb ärihoone ehitusaluse pinnaga 4969 m², millele koostatud eelarve põhjal on hoone maksumus 3703144 eurot ilma 20% käibemaksuta (koos käibemaksuga 20% on 4443772,8). Hoone arhitektuurne lahendus on inspireeritud kasvuhoonest. Eelarvest moodustavad kõige suuremad osa katuse ja klaasfassaadi ehitamine ning vundament. Vundament rajatakse vaiadele. Peatöövõtja kasutab tööde teostamiseks alltöövõtjaid. Tööde teostamiseks kulub 14 kuud. Tööde alguskuupäev on 24.08.2019 ja objekti valmimiskuupäev on 10.09.2019. Lõputöös on detailsemalt käsitletud karkassi montaažitöid ja põrandate valmistamist. Eelpool nimetatud töödele on koostatud tehnoloogiakardid, milles sisalduvad töömahud, vajalikud seadmed, brigaadide koosseisud, tööohutuse ja kvaliteedi tagamine. Lõputöö koostamisel saadud teadmistest hindab autor kõige rohkem ajanormide ja töö ühikhindade kohta saadud informatsiooni ning kvaliteedi ja tööohutuse tagamise nõudeid ja võimalusi kuidas nõudeid täita.

The thesis organises the construction of the commercial building taking into consideration the building conditions and architectural solution. A commercial building with a building area of 4969 m², will be placed on the lot with an area of 11551 m². The cost of the building, according to the budget, compiled for the building is 3703144 Euros without value added tax at 20% (with the 20% value added tax the cost is 4443772.8). The architectural solution of the building has received inspiration from a greenhouse. The greatest part of the budget is for the construction of the roof and glass facade as well as the foundation. The foundation is based on piles. The main contractor will use subcontractors for performing the work. The length of the construction period will be 14 months. Construction will begin on 24.08.19 and the structure will be finished on 10.09.2019. The thesis considers in more detail the mounting of the shell and preparing the floors. Technology cards have been compiled for the aforementioned tasks. The cards contain the scope of the task, required equipment, team compositions, as well as ensuring work safety and quality. Through compiling the thesis, the author values most, the knowledge obtained about time norms and work unit prices, as well as the requirements of quality and work safety, including the possibilities for fulfilling the requirements.
