| dc.description.abstract | Antud lõputöö teemaks on kultuurikeskus, mis on planeeritud Saue linna keskusesse, hõlmates keskuse parki ja selle kõrval paiknevat tühermaad. Ühelt poolt külgneb käsitletav ala eramurajooniga ning teiselt poolt 3- kuni 5-kordsete korterelamutega. Projekti käigus on lahendatud ka Keskuse park, mis asub planeeritava kultuurikeskuse kõrval. Saue linnal puudub väljaarendatud keskus ja arhitektuurne iseloom. Kultuurikeskus on planeeritud Saue linna keskusesse ning eristub oma julge vormikasutuse poolest ümbritsevast keskkonnast, luues linnale uue maamärgi. Kultuurikeskuse neljakordse mahu vormiks on tahuline kristall, mille sisse on lahendatud kontserdisaal. Hoone kahekordne maht vastandub kristallmahule, tõstes selle esile. Kultuurikeskuse ruumiprogrammis on lahendatud kontserdisaalid, huviringide ruumid, kontoriruumid ning kohvik. Keskuse pargi keskele on kavandatud vabaõhu lava ringikujulise amfiteatrina, millest väljuvad kiirtena jalgteed. Kiirtevahelistele aladele on planeeritud palju istumiskohti, lastele mänguväljak ning veesilm. Saue kultuurikeskus loob võimalused kohaliku kultuurielu edendamiseks ning annab linnale ruumid, et jätkata traditsiooniliste ürituste korraldamist pakkudes palju rõõmu kohalikele elanikele ning tuues linna külastajaid väljast poolt. | et |
| dc.description.abstract | The thesis of this project is cultural centre that is planned to Saue town centre includeing the central park and solid land beside it. From the east side the area is bordered with 3- to 5-storey apartment buildings and from the west side with 1-2 storey private houses. With this project I also changed the planning of the central park wich is located next to the cultural centre. In Saue there is no developed town centre and the town does not have any architectural character. The cultural centre is planned to be located in the town centre and with its conspicuous shape it stands out from the surrounding environment, creating a new landmark for the town. The shape of the higher volume of the building represents the shape of a crystal in wich there is located the concert hall. The 2-storey volume of the building is a contrast compared to the crystal, letting it stand out. In the room program of the cultural centre there are solved concert halls, hobby rooms, office rooms and the cafe. In the middle of the central park I have planned an open air stage as round-shaped amphitheatre. Walking paths are comeing out from the stage like rays. Between the walking paths I have planned a lot of seats besides kids playground and a pond. Saue’s cultural centre creates a lot of opportunities for the development of the local cultural life and gives the town some room to continue organizeing traditional cultural events offering a lot of joy for the local people and bringing visitors from outside to visit Saue. | en |
