Meeliku 21-2 hoone ehitustööde organiseerimise projekt

Antud lõputöö tulemuseks on Meeliku 21/2 hoone ehitustööde organiseerimisprojekt, mis annab ülevaate projekti ehitustööde planeerimisest ja läbiviimisest. Projekti sisu vastab autori saadud teadmistele Tallinna Tehnikakõrgkoolist ning on suureks kogemuseks tulevaste ehitustööde teostamisel. Töö sisu poolest ei ole tegemist täiusliku organiseerimisprojektiga, kuid samal ajal annab töö teada autorile tema nõrkadest ja tugevatest külgedest. Vastavalt diplomitöö teema lähteülesandele leiti vastused ehitustööde organiseerimisega seotud küsimustele. Organiseerimisega seotud küsimuste hulka kuulusid: arhitektuurse osa kirjeldus, objekti eelarve, ehituse organiseerimise maksumus, üldine kalenderplaan, ehitusplatsi plaan, põrandate pealevalu tehnoloogiakaart, katusetööde tehnoloogiakaart, tõsteseadmete valik, töökaitse, tuleohutus, keskkonnakaitse. Ehitustööde organiseerimise projektiga saadud ehitustööde kestuseks on 441 päeva. Valitud tõstemehhanism ehitustööde läbiviimiseks on tornkraana. Objekti kogu eelarve on 3405986 EUR, millest organiseerimiskulud on 277172 EUR. Saadud tulemused on võrreldavad tüüpsete objektidega.

The result of this final paper is the project of organising construction works of the building at Meeliku 21/2, which provides a solid overview about planning and carrying out the construction works within the project. The content of the project is based on the author’s knowledge gained from the TTK University of Applied Sciences and is great experience for carrying out future construction works. The content of this paper is not a perfect project about organising; however, it provides the author the knowledge about his strengths and weaknesses. According to the research task of the final paper, the answers were given to the questions related to organising the construction works. The questions regarding the organisation included: description of the architectural part, object’s budget, the cost of organising the construction, general time schedule, plan for construction site, technology map for floor casting, technology map for roofing, selection of lifting equipment, safety and health at work, fire safety, environmental protection. The duration of the construction works related to organising the construction work within the project is 441 days. A tower crane was selected for the lifting mechanism to carry out the construction works. The budget of the entire object is 3405986 Euros, of which 277172 Euros are the cost of organising. These results are comparable to the similar objects.
