| dc.description.abstract | Lõputöö eesmärgiks oli organiseerida Peetri tn 10 asuva Noblessneri valukoja ja laevaehitustsehhi renoveerimise töid. Hoonel on kolm korrust ja asub Põhja-Tallinna linnaosas. Lõputöö käigus kirjeldab autor hoone arhitektuurset ja konstruktiivset lahendust. Lahenduste kirjeldamisel on kasutatud OÜ KAOS Arhitektid arhitektuurset projekti ja OÜ Ehitusekspertiisibüroo poolt tehtud konstruktiivset projekti. Tööde ajamahtude määramiseks kasutati EKE NORA ja Ratu andmebaasidest saadud mahtusid ja korrigeeriti vastavalt juhendaja soovitustele ja ettepanekutele. Hoone renoveerimistööde maksumuseks on 4 452 760 eurot. Lõputöö autor on eraldi peatükina välja toonud ehitus organiseerimise kulud, mis moodustavad 7,7% tervest eelarvest. Kogu hoone ehitusperiood algab 04.06.18 ja lõppeb 23.07.19 ja vastavalt kalendergraafikule on maksimaalne tööliste arv ühel päeval 66. Ehitusplatsi üldplaanil on välja toodud peatöövõtja ja alltöövõtjate soojakud, ajutine piirdeaed, materjalide ladustamise alad, esmaabi vahendite asukoht ja sanitaarsoojakud. Lõputöös valitud tööde teostamisel on kasutatud autotõstukit, ekskavaatorit, kõrvtõstukit, käärtõstukit ja pumi. Lõputöö koosneb seletuskirjast, eelarvest, ehitustööde kalendergraafikust, ehitusplatsi üldplaanist ja kahest tehnoloogiakaartist, milleks autor on valinud katusetööde ja fassaditööde organiseerimised. Lõputöös on käsitletud ka üldiseid tööohutusnõudeid ja tööde kvaliteedi tagamise põhimõtteid. | et |
| dc.description.abstract | Organization of the reconstruction works of Noblessner foundry and shipyard The aim of the thesis was to organize the renovation works of Noblessner foundry and shipyard at Peetri Street 10. The building has three floors and is located in the North-Tallinn district. In the course of the thesis, the author describes the architectural and constructive solution of the building. The architectural project of OÜ KAOS Arhitektid and the constructional project of OÜ Ehitusekspertiisibüroo have been used in describing the solutions. The time volumes of the works were determined using the volumes from the databases of EKE NORA and Ratu and adjusted according to the recommendations and suggestions of the supervisor. The cost of renovating the building is EUR 4 452 760. As a separate chapter, the author of the thesis has indicated the cost of organizing the construction, which accounts for 7.7% of the total budget. The construction period of the entire building commences on June 04, 2018 and finishes on July 23rd, 2019 and according to the calendar schedule, the maximum number of workers on one day is 66. The master plan of the building site outlines the heated shelters of the main contractor and subcontractors, temporary fencing, storage areas for materials, location of first aid equipment and sanitary heated shelters. To carry out the works selected for the final thesis, a truck lift, an excavator, an ear-lift, a scissor lift and a concrete mixer with a pump have been used. The thesis consists of an explanatory memorandum, a budget, a calendar of works, a general plan of the construction site and two technology cards, for which the author has chosen the organization of roofing and facade works.
