| dc.description.abstract | Käesolev projekt ning selle kirjalik osa on Tallinna Tehnikakõrgkooli arhitektuuriiinstituudi rakendusarhitektuuri eriala diplomitöö, mille sisuks on Tallinnas Löwenruh’ pargi ning sellega külgneva kinnistu aladele projekteerida uus huvikeskuse hoonestus. Projekti eesmärk on luua ruumikas spetsiaalselt huvitegevusele loodud keskkond, kus tunneksid end mugavalt nii praegune noorem kasutajarühm kui ka uute funktsioonide ja ruumidega sinna tõmmatud vanem kodanikkond. Eesmärk omaette oli ka luua vormilt pargi endaga sünergias olev hoonekompleks, mis küll hoonestuselt tungib pargi aladele, ent seda minimaalselt ja võimalikult säästlikult, et tekitada esmane side kahe kinnistu vahel. Põhirõhk kahe kinnistuvahelise seose loomisel on pigem asetatud väikevormidele ja -rajatistele. Töö käigus sai välja pakutud multifunktsionaalne mööda teeääri liikuvat ridaküla meenutav “huvilinnak”, mis lisaks huvikooli funktsioonile toob kinnistule ka mitmeid avalikke hooneid nagu saalhoone, raamatukogu ning restoran. Lähtutud sai inimese liikumisest, olemasolevast olukorrast (või selle puudumisest) ning eesmärk oli luua teatud südamik, kus kohtuvad kinnistuid ümbritsevad vägagi eriilmelised rajoonid ja nendes elavad ja töötavad inimesed. Pakutav lahendus võtab arvesse nii eelnimetatud eripärast keskkonda, mis kinnistuid ümbritseb kui ka põhifunktsiooni – huvikooli vajadusi ning lõpptulemus on antud kontekstis nii kasutaja kui ka linnaehitusliku ilme poolest huvitav ning eriilmeline keskkond. | et |
| dc.description.abstract | This project and its written part is a diploma thesis for the department of applied architecture in Tallinn University of Technology, the content of which is to design a new hobby center building in the areas of Löwenruh’ Park and the adjacent property. The two properties are situated in Tallinn. The aim of the project is to create a spacious environment created especially for hobby activities, where the current younger user group as well as the older population attracted to it with new functions and spaces would feel comfortable. The aim in itself was to create a building complex in synergy with the park. The building zone penetrates the park areas, but this in done as minimally and as economically as possible in order to create the primary connection between the two properties. The main emphasis in creating the connection between the two properties is mainly placed on small forms and facilities. In the course of work, a multifunctional “hobby village” reminiscent of a row village moving along the roadside was proposed, which in addition to the function of a hobby school also brings several new public buildings to the property, such as a concert hall, library and restaurant. The planning was based on human movement, the existing situation (or lack thereof) and the aim was to create a certain core where the very diverse districts and people living and working in them meet. The proposed solution takes into account both the aforementioned specific urban environment that surrounds the area and the main function - the needs of the hobby school. The end result in this context is an interesting and diverse environment in terms of both the users and urban design. | et |
