dc.description.abstractLõputöö peamiseks eesmärgiks oli organiseerida Nõmme tee 97 ehitatava korterelamu ehitustöid. Antud hoone on neljakorruseline kortermaja, mis asub Tallinnas Kristiine linnaosas. Kortermajas on kokku 21 korterit. Tööde ajamahukus määrati EKE Nora ja Ratu andmebaasidest saadud väärtusi kasutades, mida vastavalt konsultandi soovitustele ja märkustele korrigeeriti. Sellest tulenevalt saadi hoone kalendergraafiku järgi ehitustööde kestvuseks 230 päeva. Maksimaalselt on ühel päeval tööliste arv 57. Kasutades EKE Nora ja Ratu andmebaasi on hoone kogumaksumuseks 1 598 315 eurot. Lõputöö autor on eraldi peatükina välja toonud ehitus organiseerimise kulud, mis on 9% ehituseelarvest. Ehitusplatsi üldplaanil on näidatud soojakud, ajutine aed, materjalide ladustamise ala, esmaabi vahendite asukoht, üldine valgustus ning kuivkäimlad. Lõputöös on kasutatud mehhanisme autokraanat, ekskavaatorit, kallurit ning tõstukautot. Lõputöö koosneb seletuskirjast, eelarvest, ehitustööde üldisest kalendergraafikust, ehitusplatsi üldplaanist ja kahest tehnoloogiakaardist, mille lõputöö autor on lahendanud montaažitööde ja katusetööde organiseerimisega. Lõputöös on käsitletud üldiseid tööohutusnõudeid, katusetööde ja montaažitööde ohutusnõudeid ning kvaliteedikontrolli teostamise põhimõtteid.et
dc.description.abstractThe title of the thesis is Organisation of apartment building located at Nõmme tee 97. The purpose of the thesis is to organise construction works in such a manner that the given object would be built as fast as possible and at the same time economically. Upon writing the thesis, the author has been able to use the final design of the building which includes architectural, constructive, special parts projects and budget prepared by Nordecon AS. In the course of the thesis, a key plan, a calendar schedule and two technological charts of the object were prepared. The technological charts have been prepared regarding the assembly of the panels of the first floor and regarding the construction of the roof. In the key plan of the object, the locations of the building, the rooms for warming up and the utility lines have been brought out. The number of employed people and the duration of the works in days have been determined in the calendar schedule. In addition, the budget and volume table of the object have been presented as tables. The duration of the works has been determined by using the values obtained from EKE Nora and Ratu databases which have been adjusted based on the recommendations and remarks of a consultant. As a result, the duration of the construction works according to the calendar schedule of the building was 230 days. The number of employees on one day is 57 at maximum. By using the databases of EKE Nora and Ratu, the total cost of the building is EUR 1,598,315. The author of the thesis has also found the organisation cost which is 9% of the total sum. The thesis discusses the general occupational safety requirements, the safety requirements of roof works and assembly works and the principles of performing quality control. Crane lorry, excavator, dumper and truck crane have been used as hoisting machines in the thesis.en
