Sibulatee Peipsi ääres

Abstract

Väikelinnade ja külade areng on riigi jaoks oluline teema. Linnade aktiivse elu ja rahvaarvu kasvu tõttu jääb perifeeria sageli tähelepanuta. Riigi ebaühtlane ruumiline areng sunnib inimesi kodudest lahkuma. Sibulatee piirkonna näitel on näha, et rahvaarv väheneb ja keskmine vanus tõuseb. Minu lõputöö raames puutusin kokku turismi teemaga uuritud piirkonnas. Turism on vaieldamatult tähtis arengutegur. Aktiivsed kohalikud elanikud ühinesid ja otsustasid panustada oma piirkonna arengusse. Muidugi väärib märkimist asjaolu, et turismiperiood on sellel juhul piiratud. Kõige aktiivsem ürituste ja sündmuste periood on suveajal. Arvestades koha omapära ja kauni looduse olemasoluga, sooviksin potentsiaali ära kasutada. Kolm üksteisest sõltumatut projekti on mõeldud turistide meelitamiseks igal aastaajal.

The escape from the urban environment to search for the pure nature, silence and beauty is a trend in the modern city dweller behavior. Ecological, green and rural tourism (Eco-agritourism) have been gaining popularity for more than a year. What could be the reason for this interest? People most probably are tired of the flow of cars, the noise of the city, the crowds of people and the routine. A drastic change of scenery could benefit any person, especially if after an active holiday the satisfaction and pleasant fatigue remains. For my thesis, I took an Estonian region, that could be attractive for such a person. On Lake Peipsi there is a place that meets all the requirements for Eco-agritourism, the onion path on Lake Peipsi. A place where you can combine business with pleasure - admire nature and learn the interesting history of the region. There are many active villagers, engaged in attracting tourists: they organize various events, offer to taste the local cuisine, open galleries and museums. Development and attention to such places is important both for the region itself and for the country. In my projects, I proposed several solutions to improve and complement the existing conditions
