| dc.description.abstract | Käesoleva diplomitööga on koostatud terviklik lahendus Stroomi ranna ja pargi alale. Eskiislahendus käsitleb nii uue rannahoone arhitektuuri kui ka seda ümbritseva pargiala planeerimist. Uus rannahoone asendab vana, mittefunktsionaalse lahenduse ning avab tõeliselt kogu ala potentsiaali, muudab selle huvitavamaks, meeldivamaks ja atraktiivsemaks linna elanike jaoks ning võimaldab näha nende armastatud kohta uuest vaatenurgast. Uue Stroomi rannahoone arhitektuur põhineb asukoha omadustel ja ühendab ala üheks tervikuks, muutub selle lahutamatuks osaks, täites selle uue võimaluste ja väärtustega. | et |
| dc.description.abstract | In this diploma thesis a comprehensive solution for Stroomi beach area is proposed. The solution concerns both the architecture of the new beach house and the redesign of its surrounding area. The new beach house replaces the old non-functional building and truly opens up the potential of the whole area, making it more interesting, pleasant and attractive for city’s residents allowing them to see their beloved place from a new perspective. The architecture of the new Stroomi beach house is based on the characteristics of the area and merges with it as a whole, becoming an integral part of it and filling it with new opportunities and values. | en |
