Mahuline planeering Peetris

Käesolev diplomitöö käsitleb endas planeerimisprojekti Peetri alevis. Töö eesmärgiks on projekteerida eakatekodud, kirik ning neid ümbritsev park. Käesolev projekt on Tallinna Tehnikakõrgkooli arhitektuuriinstituudi rakendusarhitektuuri eriala diplomitöö, mille ülesandeks on Peetri alevisse eakatekodu rajamine. Projekti eesmärgiks oli luua hea energiaga keskkond, millest tunnevad rõõmu kõik ühiskonnagrupid. Väljapakutud lahendus aitab hoida vanemat elanikkonda enda kodukohas ning aitab mitte tunda end ära lõigatuna ühiskonnast. Lõputöö lahendus koosneb väikesest planeeringust, kus asub 2 Eakatekodu, kirik, eramud ning kaubanduskeskuse esiselt alalt kaasatud horisontaalne keskväljak. Eakatekodul ning kirikul on lahendatud nii sise kui välialad.

Diplomitööle seadsin järgmised eesmärgid:

• Alale loodud hooned ning keskkond peavad mõjuma üllatuslikult. • Kogu ala ning hooned on aastaläbi ööpäevaringses kasutuses. • Planeeringuala peab olema võimalik ka edasi arendada. • Ala uued kasutusvõimalused peavad toetama Peetri ja laiemalt Rae valla arengut.

Peamised planeeringuettepanekud on järgmised:

1. Ehitada kinnistule tüüpprojekti järgi kaks hoonet.
2. Ehitada kinnistule kirik.
3. Kaevata planeeringualale väike veesilm.
4. Rajada krundi lõuna külge parkimiskohad ning pargi ida külge ühine parkla kaubanduskeskuse parklaga.
5. Rajada hoonestuse lõunapoolsele küljele istutusalad ning kasvuhooned.
6. Kaevata koht tenniseväljakule, mida ümbritseb madal astmestik.
7. Rajada tenniseväljaku ja kiriku vahelisele alale lõkkekoht.
8. Tasandada ümbritsev maapind pargi rajamiseks.
9. Kaubanduskekuse ette rajada horisontaalne keskväljak, kuhu lisada installatsioonide grupp "5 elementi".

This thesis deals with a landscape design in Peetri borough. The aim of this work is to design nursing homes for the elderly, a church and a park surrounding the buildings. The current project is a thesis of Tallinn University of Applied Sciences, Institute of Architecture speciality, for which the purpose is to plan a care home in Peetri borough. The objective is to create an environment with good energy for everyone to enjoy. The proposed solution helps to keep the elderly near their homes, so that they would not feel cut off from society. The thesis consists of landscape design on which there are two care homes, a church, private residences and a horizontal central square in front of the shopping center. Both the care homes and the church have an interior plan.

The thesis has the following objectives: • The buildings created in the area must have a surprising effect. • The whole area and the buildings are in use around the clock. • It must be possible to develop the area further. • The new uses of the area must support development in Peetri borough and Rae municipality.

The main planning proposals are next:

1. To build two buildings on the property according to the design.
2. To build a church on the property.
3. Dig a small body of water into the planned area.
4. To build parking spaces on the south side of the plot and a shared parking area with the shopping center on the east side of the park.
5. To establish planting areas and greenhouses on the south side of the building.
6. Dig a place for the tennis court, which will be surrounded with small steps.
7. To set up a campfire site in the area between the tennis court and the church.
8. Level the surrounding ground to build a park.
9. Build a horizontal central square in front of the shopping center and install a group of sculptures named “The Five Elements”.
