| dc.description.abstract | Käesoleva lõputöö eesmärgiks oli koostada Uuri Suurtalu OÜ robotlauda ehitustööde organiseermine, mille raames koostas lõputöö autor seinaelementide montaaži ja lägahoidla betoonitööde tehnoloogiakaardi. Lõputöö koostamise lähteandmetena kasutas autor Uuri Suurtalu OÜ-le Nordecon Betooni OÜ poolt koostatud robotlauda eelprojekti ja jooniseid. Tööde normeermisel ja ühikhindade leidmisel kasutas autor EKE NORA ühikhindasid ja RATU kaartide ajanorme. Kalendergraafikus spetsiifilisemate tööde tehnoloogilise järjekorra sidumise, ajanormide ja ühikhindade leidmisel konsulteeris lõputöö autor lõputöö konsultandi Vahur Mäesaluga ning lähtus asjakohastest nõuannetest. Lõputöö graafilises osas koostas autor ehitusplatsi üldplaani, koondkalendergraafiku ning tehnoloogiakaartide joonised. Ehitusobjekti detaileelarve on autor koostanud lõputöös lisana, kus käsitletakse töömahtusid, ühikhindasid ja vajaminevaid ressursse. Kalendergraafiku kohaselt on objekti ehitustööde kestvuseks planeeritud 130 tööpäeva. Ehitustööde eelarveliseks maksumuseks kujunes 1 079 970 eurot (ilma käibemaksuta). Ehituse organiseerimise kulud moodustavad kogu planeeritava ehituse maksumusest 5%. Käesolevat lõputööd koostades tutvus lõputöö autor erinevate õppematerjalidega, mis käsitlesid ehitustööde organiseerimist, planeerimist ja tehnoloogiat. Antud lõputöö koostamine andis lõputöö autorile väga hea kogemuse ja ülevaate põllumajandushoone ehitustööde ja planeerimiste kohta, kuna autoril puudus varasem kogemus samalaadsete projektidega. | et |
| dc.description.abstract | Organising the Construction Works of the Robot Barn of Uuri Suurtalu The aim of this thesis is to organise the construction works of the robot barn that is planned for Uuri Suurtalu OÜ. The aim of the thesis is to describe the architecture and construction of the building and develop a detailed budget about the site that establishes the times and costs of the construction works. The development of the construction schedule with the description of the works is based on the established construction times. The necessary mechanisms for the construction were found and two process charts were developed in this thesis. The process charts for the installation of the wall elements and the concrete works of the slurry pit were developed. In addition, the thesis gives an overview of the planned method of recruitment and the plans for ensuring work safety and environmental protection. The source data for this thesis are the design criteria set by the Kuusalu Rural Municipality Government. Pursuant to the design criteria, Nordecon Betoon OÜ developed the preliminary building design documentation of the robot barn for Uuri Suurtalu OÜ. The author of this thesis used the EKE NORA unit costs and the RATU standards for working time. The author also received help from Vahur Mäesalu, the consultant for this thesis, when establishing specific work volumes (for more complex works) and unit costs and when describing construction works. The construction is scheduled to start on 14 May 2018 and the construction will end and is handed over to the contracting entity on 17 October 2018. The planned duration of the construction works is 130 workdays. The construction budget is 1,079,970 euros (excl. VAT). The costs of organising the construction make up 5% of the overall costs of the project. The author studied various study materials about construction organisation, planning, and technology during the writing of this thesis. The author gained valuable experience from the writing of this thesis, which offered a broad overview of the construction works and planning of an agricultural building, as the author lacked experience with similar projects. | en |
