Ettevalmistusosakonna töö efektiivsuse tõstmine TB Works OÜ Kadrina tehase näitel

Käesoleva töö eesmärgiks oli tõsta ettevalmistusosakonna efektiivsust läbi pudelikaela likvideerimise ning plasmalõikuse ja lihvimise operatsioonide parendaminse. Mõõtmise ja analüüsi tulemusena leidis autor üles efektiivust pärssivad põhjused, tuvastati kus asub pudelikaelaefekt. Lähtudes kulusäästliku tootmise põhimõtetest, esitas töö autor parendusettepanekud ettevõtte juhtkonnale, kelle järelvalve all need ka töösse rakendati. Töö eesmärgi saavutamiseks tegi autor järgmist:

1. Uuris teoreetilisi aluseid tootmisefektiivuse ja uuritavate protsesside kohta
2. Mõõtis ning analüüsis hetke olukorda
3. Pakkus välja parendusettepanekud ettevõtte juhtkonnale
4. Teostas parendused ettevalmistusosakonnas
5. Mõõtis ning analüüsis tulemusi ning efektiivust pärast parenduste juurutamist Parenduse tulemusena tõusis ettevalmistusosakonna efektiivsus 36,7%. Oluliselt on vähenenud aeglase plasmalõikusprotsessi põhjustatud seisakud järgmistes töökeskustes. Tootmisvoog on muutunud sujuvamaks, paremini planeeritavamaks. Vähenenud on töötajate stressitase, sest puudub pinge, mida detaile ootavad töökeskused tahest tahtmata operaatoritele peale panid. Arvestades asjaolu, et ettevõtte aastane plasmalõikuse maht on ca 300T, siis 36,7% efektiivsuse tõusu tulemusena kasvaks lehelõikuse maht 410T-ni. Ettevõtte jaoks tähendab see võimalust pakkuda paremat tarneaega, kvaliteetsemat toodangut. Väga oluline on edaspidine võimalus osaleda rohkemates projektides, mis tõstab ettevõtte käivat ja kasumit. Nestixi efektiivsema detailide lõikuse tulemusena on vähenenud jääkide hulk ca 5%, mis tõestab, et programmi kasutusele võtt tasub ennast aasta jooksul ära. Lõputöö tekitas palju mõtteainet ka juhtkonnas, kus antud parenduste tulemusena nähti, et ettevõttes on ressurss ning seadmed olemas, kuid ei teata, kuidas neid juhtida. Sellest tulenevalt sai juhtkond indu ning seati eesmärgiks kaardistada ka paljud teised protsessid, muuta neid efektiivsemaks ning paremini planeeritavamaks.

The main purpose of this research was to raise the efficiency in the preparation department by eliminating the bottle neck effect and enhance the plasma cutting and brushing operations. The research’s author measured and analyzed the process and found out the efficiency decelerating reasons together with the bottle neck effect. Based on the cost efficent production principles the author presented suggestions to the company’s board to improve the process. The suggestions were accepted and implemented under the board’s surveillance. To reach the purpose of the reasearch, the author:

1. Studied theoretical principles of the production efficiency and related processes
2. Measured and analyzed the current situation of the process
3. Presented improvement ideas to the company’s board
4. Implemented the improvement ideas
5. Measured and analzyed the results and efficiency after implementation of the improvement ideas The result of implementing improvements the efficiency of the preparation deparment raised 36,7%. The amount of of production stops in the next work stations caused by unefficient plasma cutting process have decreased drastically. The production flow has been improved, it’s getting smoother and more plannable. The stress level of the workers has decreased because the amount of stress they received from the next work stations who were waiting for the details. Considering the fact that the annual amount of plasma cutting details is approximately 300T then after the 36,7% efficient rate rise, the predicted amount will be up to 410T. This means that the company can offer better delivery dates and better quality products for the clients. Very important point is that the number of projects can be increased which will rise the turnover and profit. The result of implementing the Nestix program, the plasma cutting leftover sizes have decreased about 5% which proves the fact that the program will be worthwhile in a year. The research gave many ideas for the company’s board because they saw the company has the resources and the machines but are not lead efficiently. This caused the board to set up new goals to measure and analyze many other processes to rise its efficiency and improve the planning.
