| dc.description.abstract | Antud lõputöö käigus koostati Eesti Rahvusraamatukogu E-ja F- korpuse organiseerimise projekt. Esmalt on kirjeldatud hoone asukohta ja arhitektuurset osa Seejärel anti väike ülevaade rekonstrueerimistöödest, mida muudetakse rekonstrueerimistööde käigus täielikult ja mida ainult korrastatakse. Majandusosas on välja toodud ehituseelarve, kus toodi välja ehtuse otse- ja üldkulud ja arvutati välja töömahud. Seejärel koostati koondkalendergraafik. Rekonstrueerimistööd kestavad 264 päeva, mille vältel on platsil maksimaalselt 96 töölist. Kogu objekti peale on maksimaalselt objektil samaaegselt 216 töölist. Ehitustööd algavad 01.03.2024 ja lõppevad 06.03.2025. Selle aja sees on ka käivitamisperiood, mille jooksul kontrollitakse kõikide süsteemide toimimist. Antud organiseerimise projektis olen arvestanud, et see kestab 150 päeva. Lõputöös on koostatud 4 graafilist joonist: ehitusplatsi üldskeem, koondkalenderplaan ja kaks tehnoloogiakaarti. Esimene tehnoloogiakaart on ventilatsioonitööde kohta ja teine on siseviimistlustööde kohta. Antud töö lõpuosas selgitatakse millise töövõtumeetodiga hoone rekonstrueeritakse ja kirjeldatakse kuidas tagatakse töö- ja tuleohutus ning keskkonnakaitse. Rahvusraamatukogu E- ja F- korpuse rekonstrueerimise maksumuseks on 3 729 290 eurot, millest 370 262 eurot on organiseerimise kulud. See tähendab, et organiseerimise kulud täismaksusmust moodustuvad kokku 9,9%. Brutoruutmeetri maksumus ilma käibemaksuta 1433 eurot. Lõputöö andis autorile hea ülevaate ehituse organiseerimise kohta. Omandatud teadmised ja oskused tulevad kasuks tulevikus ehitustööde planeerimisel ja ehitamisel. | |
| dc.description.abstract | Organization of the Construction Works of a Public Building This graduation thesis deals with the general organization of the construction site to help reduce costs associated with construction. The purpose of this thesis is to resolve the reconstruction of the Estonian National Library under heritage conservation. The building is located in Tallinn, Tõnismägi 2. The building is being reconstructed by Ehitus5ECO OÜ. The building design documentation drafted by Sirkel&Mall OÜ has been taken as the basis for organizing the reconstruction of this building. The interior architectural design made by VLS Interior Architecture and the ventilation design documentation made by ICEkonsult OÜ has also been used. The EKE NORA norms and the time norms developed from the experience of the site team have been used in the preparation of the calendar schedule. The explanatory memorandum introduces the current situation and highlights the technical indicators of the building. In the course of organizing the construction works, a consolidated calendar schedule, two technology maps, and a general scheme of the construction site are made, and the building's water and electricity needs are calculated using the examples of buildings E and F. The first technology map is about the ventilation work of Building E and Building F-body, and the second focuses on the interior finishing work of Building E and Building F. Both technology maps are based on the example of the first floor of the buildings. In the final part of this work, the author explains which contracting method will be used to reconstruct the building and how is occupational safety ensured. Construction works will last 12 months, during which there will be a maximum of 96 workers on site. Construction works will begin on March 1 2024 and end on March 6 2025. After that, the start-up period of the building's systems begins, during which the operation of all systems is checked. I have calculated that the start-up period of the building’s süstem will last 150 days. The cost of the reconstruction of buildings E and F of the National Library is 3 729 290 euros, of which 370 262 euros is the cost of the organization. This means that the organization's costs total 9,9% of the full cost. | |
