Tootmisressursside planeerimine projektipõhises tootmises

Antud lõputöös analüüsib autor ettevõtte TB Works OÜ Kadrina tehase tootmisressursside planeerimisega seotud probleeme ning tuginedes töös kirjeldatud teoreetilistele alustele pakub välja võimaliku parenduse probleemide vältimiseks. Teoreetiline osa keskendub tootmiskorralduse, tootmissüsteemide, tootmise planeerimise ning projektijuhtimise teoreetilistele alustele. Käsitletav ettevõtte tegeleb projektipõhise tootmisega, mille tõttu pööras autor töö teoreetilises osas olulisel määral tähelepanu projektijuhtimise iseärasustele. Analüütilises osas keskendutakse käsitletava ettevõtte tutvustamisele ning kasutusel olevale tootmise ressursside planeerimise metoodikale ja sellega seotud probleemidele. Lõputöö autori hinnangul on peamiseks probleemiks ebasobiv juhtimissüsteem, mis on välja arendatud perioodil, kui müügimahud olid tundvalt väiksemad. Võimaliku parendusena pakub autor välja projektide tähtajastamiseks sobiliku joongraafiku ehk GANTT-tüüpi graafiku kasutusele võtmise, kuhu oleks võimalik sisestada kõik töös olevad tellimused. Tegemist on projektijuhtimises laialt levinud tähtajastamise metoodikaga ning antud graafiku koostamiseks on saadaval lai valik erinevat tarkvara. Autor toob välja viie erineva tarkvara peamised eelised, võimalused ja maksumuse.

The thesis focuses on the production planning method used in TB Works OÜ Kadrina Factory. The company is a project-based company in the field on machine industry. The overall turnover has increased in the past five year rapidly, but the production planning method has not been able to cope these changes. The thesis constis of two parts. In the first part is given a theoretical overview of production management, production systems, production planning and project management. According to the autor the production planning in a project-based production is quite specific, therefore in the theoretical part a thorough overview abut project management is given. The second part describes the production planning system used in the company. During the analysis the author gathered different problems related to the inadequatesystem, which has been used in the past five years. The improvement suggested by the author is to use a GANTT-type chart for production planning. According to the author a better overview about the status of all the projects currently in the production should be recieved. For making GANTT-type charts, there is avaible a wide range of different software. In this thesis is given a compasion of five different software.
