Puhkeobjektid Pärnu muulil

Diplomitöö hõlmab endas Pärnu muuli ning selle lähiala, mis piirneb mere, jõe ja promenaadiga. Töö eesmärgiks on rannaala maastiku, loodusjõudude ning asukoha parim võimalik ära kasutamine. Diplomitööle seadsin järgmised eesmärgid:  Aastaringne pääs muulile  Kogu planeeringuala ööpäevaringselt avalikku kasutusse andmine  Kavandatud hoone ja rajatiste sidumine ümbruskonna, maastiku ja ajalooga  Pärnu linna arengu toetamine  Planeeringu järk-järgulise realiseerimise võimalus. Arhitektuurne hoonestuse ettepanek on püüdnud rõhutada asukoha erilisust ja ümbritsevaid loodusjõude s.o merd, muuli ja jõge. Eestlased on olnud alati looduseusku ja saunamõnusid armastav rahvas, see on koht kuhu minnakse stressi maandama, võtmaks endale aega lõõgastumiseks. Käesolev projekt täiustab suurepärast valitud planeeringu asukohta Pärnus, avades inimestele seni vähetuntud muuli ja parkmetsa. Projekti lõplik lahendus sündis kui oli paigas üldine kontseptsioon millele järgnes dünaamiline ja loogiline mahtude paigutus ning nende funktsionaalsus. Majutuskeskuse kümme numbrituba koos saunaga hoiab korraga külastavate inimese arvu mõõduka, võimaldades personaalsemat lähenemist ja luues intiimsemat õhkkonda. Muuli tipus asuv vaatetorn oleks maamärk nii maalt kui merelt kulgejale. Laudteed, supluskohad ja vaatetornid pakuksid suurepärast lõõgastusvõimalust Pärnu elanikele ning linna külastajatele. Pakutud lahendus on samaaegselt nii mugav kui ka privaatne, andes külastajale võimaluse leida meelepärane tegevus ja nautida ürgseid loodusjõude.

SUMMARY The diploma thesis embraces Pärnu moles and its surroundings that are bounded by the sea, the river and promenade. The main aim of the thesis is to make the best possible usage of the natural landscape of the beach area, its overall localisation and forces of nature. The main aims of the thesis were:  All-year access to the mole  Allowing public round the clock usage of the overall planned area  Bounding the planned buildings with the surrounding landscape and its history  Endorsement of the development of Pärnu  The possibility of step by step realization of the overall project The architecture of the planned buildings are aimed at emphasizing the special localization and its forces of nature ie the sea, river, beach and wind as well as the mole. Estonians have always been the true believers of the nature as well as keen sauna lovers, the sauna is the place to go to relieve the stress and to take time for leisure. The project on hand superbly complements the existent beach area in Pärnu, allowing the convenient exploitation of the still underused mole and park forest. The final touch of the project was based on the overall concept of the idea that was followed by the dynamic and logical layout of the volumes and the functionality of the planned architecture and the surrounding landscape. Only ten rooms of the hotel with the sauna would help to restrain the number of visitors to the moderate level and enables more personal approach and more intimate environment. The belvedere at the very end of the seawall would be a landmark for both - the people at the beach area as well as for the venturers at the sea. Boardwalks, swimming areas and belvederes would offer a spectacular possibilities for the leisure for the people of Pärnu as well as for the visitors. The planned project is at the same time convenient as well as private, offering the possibility to find a pleasant activity as well as to enjoy the pristine forces of nature.
