| dc.description.abstract | Ehitatava hoone töömahukuseks kujunes 305 in. päevi. Mahukaimateks töödeks kujunesid mullatööd, betoonitööd, fassaaditööd, müüritööd ja eritööd. Põhikulgemise kalenderplaanis moodustasid monoliitse raudbetoonkarkassi ehitustööd. Lõplikuks ehituskestvuseks kujunes 317 päeva ja lõpptähtajaks on üldplaneeritud 01.02.2019. Maksimaalselt on ehitusplatsil juuli kuu 52 töölist ja 6 inimest ITP, keskmiselt töötas ehitusplatsil 17 töölist. Ehitusplatsi planeerimisel tuli arvestada väga minimaalse territooriumiga. Ruumi kokkuhoiuks paigaldati ehitusoojakud üksteise peal. Transpordi liikumine kahes suunas käis läbi värava nr 2, kus ehitusplatsi transpordi teenindamisala suurusega 27x12 meetrit. Ehitusplatsi vee vajadus tuleb Sadama tänaval asuvast kaevust, kust veetakse 35 mm torustik ehituslinnaku juurde, kust torud hargnevad edasi sanitaarsoojakutesse. Ehitusplatsi elektrienergia saadakse linnahallis paiknevast alajaamast. Ehitusplatsil paikneb peakilp peakaitsme suurusega 225 A, kraana kilp 125 A ja jaotuskilbid 32 A. Ehitusplatsile paigaldatakse kaks projektimeeskonna soojakut, kuus tööliste riietusruumi, üks dušširuum ja kaks wc-ruumi. Lõputöö autor valis monoliitsete konstruktsioonide tehnoloogiakaardi, kuna autor töötab ehitusettevõttes, mis teostab betoonitöid, et saada lisateadmisi ja kogemusi selle valdkonna tööde korraldamiseks. Keerukamad probleemid betoontarindite ehitamisel olid seotud keldri korruse ehitamisega. Suure mahu ja talvetingimuste tõttu pidi arvestama tööjõu vajadusega ja talviste betoneerimistööde meetmetega. Sellest tulenevalt viidi tööd läbi talveperioodil 24 töölisega. Betoonitööd kestsid 18.12.2017 kuni 15.06.2018, töö kestvuseks kujunes 127 tööpäeva. Betoonitööde maksumuseks kujunes 916 453 € + KM . Kogu hoone maksumuseks kujunes 4 994 086 + KM ja ühe m² maksumuseks kujunes 1083 €, mis vastab Majandus- ja taristuministri 11. juuni 2015. a määrusele nr 63 „Hoone keskmise ehitusmaksumuse hindamise kord”. | et |
| dc.description.abstract | The aim of the final paper is to solve the organisational work for the construction of a business and bureau building located at Sadama Street 9. The final paper is based on the main draft of the building prepared by M. Press Arhitektuuribüroo AS. The time capacity of the consolidated calendar plan and the budget are prepared based on EKE NORA database. The first chapter of the final paper describes the initial data of the planned construction and the building conditions. The chapter stresses the complicated engineering-geological conditions. The part concerning architecture and construction of the general architectural and construction solutions and the fire resistance and technical specifications are presented. A separate chapter is devoted to utility systems, describing the different parts of the building. The consolidated budget of the construction of the building is presente in the part discussing economic issues. The cost of the building is 4 994 086,8 € +VAT and the cost of m² in the building is 1083,1 €, which complies with the regulation of the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Infrastructure as of June 11, 2015 number 63 “Order of the assessment of the average construction cost of buildings”. The brief description of the construction work is presented in the chapter discussing the consolidated calendar plan. The consolidated calendar plan is prepared based on the consolidated table of work capacity. The chapter of the general construction plan describes the arrangement of the construction site for which the general plan is compiled. The final paper includes the calculation of the organisation of the construction and the description of the range of hoisting mechanisms. The final paper also includes the solution of the ferro-concrete walls in the basement and the technological card of the ferro-concrete intermittent ceiling of the 1st floor. For that purpose a separate schedule of concrete work is prepared and two drawings are made per each technological card. The beginning of the construction work is 13.11.2017 and the end is 01.02.2019. The preparation of the final paper gave the author new knowledge in technology and the planning of the construction work. | en |
