Hydroscand lao- ja tootmishoone geodeetiline teenindamine

Käesolevas lõputöös on antud ülevaade Hydroscand lao- ja tootmishoone ehitusobjekti geodeetilisest teenindamisest. Objekti asukoht on Rae vald, Lehmja küla, Kõrtsi tee 5. Ehitustööd toimusid 2013 aastal. Lõputöös on tutvustatud objekti ning välja toodud tööde tegemisel kasutatud instrumentide tähtsamad omadused. Kirjeldatud on alusvõrkude rajamist, märkimistöid ja teostusmõõdistamisi. Alusvõrkude rajamise peatükis on täpsemalt kirjeldatud plaanilise ja kõrgusliku mõõdistamisvõrgu rajamist. Plaanilise mõõdistamisvõrgu rajamisel on selgitatud GPS vastuvõtjaga lähtepunktide koordineerimist, kui läheduses puudub riiklik geodeetiline võrk. Kõrgusliku alusvõrgu rajamisel on selgitatud nivelleerimise skeemi ja saadud tulemusi. Nivelleerimisel suuri sulgemisvigu ei esinenud, kuna käik ja õlgade pikkused olid lühikesed. Märkimistööde peatükis on kirjeldatud ettevalmistustöid ning selgitatud märkimistööde meetodit. Välja on toodud märkimistöödel nõutud täpsusnõuded. Teostusmõõdistamise peatükis on samuti välja toodud teostusmõõdistamisel nõutud täpsusnõuded ja selgitatud mõõdistustööde meetodit. Teostusjooniste põhjal on välja toodud mõõdetud tegelikud hälbed projektist. Mõõdistustulemustest selgus, et hälbed jäid lubatud piiridesse, kuid olid valdavalt maksimumi lähedal. Suuremaid probleeme objektil ei esinenud. Autori arvates aitas probleeme vältida korralik ettevalmistustöö ja hea koostöö ehitajaga. Enne objektile minemist olid alati vajalikud punktid ettevalmistatud ja tööde tegemise meetodid läbi mõeldud. Samuti oli geodeedi poolt märkimis- ja mõõdistamistöödel täpsusnõuded tagatud, mis aitas hilisemaid probleeme vältida. Tellija poolne negatiivne tagasiside puudub, seega võib öelda, et ka tellija jäi tehtud töödega rahule.

The present thesis describes the geodetic services at Hydroscand warehouse and production facility. The thesis provides an overview of the geodetic work done on the construction site. The building site is located at Kõrtsi road 5, in Lehmja village, Rae County. The construction work took place in 2013. The thesis introduces the construction site and the most important qualities of the instruments used to carry out the geodetic work. The thesis, also, describes the establishment of the geodetic subnetwork, stakeout jobs and as-built surveys. In the stakeout chapter, the preparatory work is described and explained used stakeout method. Stakeout accuracy and its requirements are outlined in detail. The accuracy requirements for survey work, along with the measurement methods used, are stated in the survey work chapter. The deviations from the project are outlined based on the as-built drawings. The results of the carried out survey proved, that the deviations remained in the acceptable limit. However, the amount of deviations was near the maximum limit allowed. There were no major issues on the construction site. In the author’s opinion, problems were avoided by thorough preparatory work and good cooperation with the builder. Before arriving at the site, all necessary points were prepared and the work methods were thought through. Also, the geodesist provided all accuracy requirements identified using stakeouts and surveying work, which helped to avoid potential upcoming issues. There has not been any negative feedback from the constructor; therefore, it is reasonable to predict that the constructor is satisfied with the work.
