Mätiku laudakompleksi ehitustööde organiseerimine

Lõputöö teemaks on valitud Mätik laudakompleksi ehitustööde organiseerimine. Töö kuulub Nordecon Betoon OÜ poolt ehitavate objektide kooseisu. Projekti koostamise aluseks on tellija lähteülesanne ja Agorek OÜ varasem töö nr 2014 1075. Ajanormide normeerimisel on kasutatud EKE NORA ajanormide tabeleid. Käesoleva lõputöö lahendamisel on koostatud montaažitööde tehnoloogiakaardid. Ehitustegevuse täpsema planeermise aluseks on koostatud detailne kulueelarve ja koondkalendergraafik. Ehitusobjektide plaanilist paiknemist kajastab ehitusplatsi üldplaan. Seletuskirjades on kokkuvõtlikult kirjeldatud tööde tehnoloogjaid, kasutatavaid masinaid, mehhanisme ja inimtööjõu vajadust. Pikemalt on peatutud suuremahuliste konstrukstioonide montaaži- ja ehitustööde juures. Seose betoonitööde suure mahuga on autor kirjeldanud lähemalt betoonitööde tehnoloogiat, kasutatavaid materjale, tööresursi- ja betoonitööde planeerimist. Ehitustööde üldmaksumuseks kujunes 1 184 380 € koos käibemaksuga. Ehitustegevuse pikkuseks kujunes 174 tööpäeva. Lõputöö koostamisel tutvus autor erinevate põllumajandusehitust puudutavate küsimustega, mis on laiendanud autori silmaringi antud valdkonnas.

The subject matter of the thesis is the organization of the construction of the Mätik cowshed complex. The work is part of the list of construction projects of Nordecon Betoon OÜ. The design documentation is prepared on the basis of contracting authority’s terms of reference and the earlier work No 2014 1075 of Agorek OÜ. Time scheduling spreadsheets of EKE NORA were used to calculate work schedules. In the process of preparing this thesis, technology cards of assembly work were drawn up. The detailed plan for the construction activity is based on a detailed cost budget and aggregate calendar schedule. The planned location of structures is reflected in the general layout of the building site. Explanatory notes summarize the work technology, the machinery used, the mechanisms and the need for manpower. Large-scale assembly and construction works have been described in more detail. In connection with the high volume of concrete work the author has described the concrete work technology, materials used and planning of work resources and concrete work. The total cost of the construction work was 1,184,380 euros including VAT. Construction activities lasted 174 working days. When preparing the thesis, the author studied various issues concerning agricultural construction, which has expanded the author's view and horizon in this field.
