Korterelamu Rehe 5 ehitustööde organiseerimine

Käesolevas lõputöös on lahendatud Tallinnas, Rehe 5 korterelamu ehitustööde organiseerimine. Ehitustööde planeerimisel on aluseks võetud hoone arhitektuurne eelprojekt, konstruktiivse osa ja eriosade põhiprojekt ning Kaamos Ehitus OÜ eelarvastaja poolt koostatud ehitustööde mahud. Lõputöös on iseloomustatud hoone arhitektuursete ja konstruktiivsete osade lahendusi. Töös on leitud ehitustööde organiseerimise maksumus, ajutise vee ja elektri vajadus ning koostatud on töödele koonkalendergraafik ajanormide ja töömahtude järgi. Välja on toodud tööohutusnõuded, kvaliteedi tagamise nõuded ning on kirjeldatud töövõtu meetodit. Lõputöös on käsitletud täpsemalt hoone montaažitööde ja katusetööde organiseerimist. Ehituse kestvuseks on saadud 255 päeva. Ehitusplatsile on koostatud ehitusplatsi üldplaan, kus on näidatud ära ajutiste soojakute paiknemine, laoplatside asukohad , masinate liikumise skeem alal, tornkraana asukoht, elektrikilpide asukohad ning ajutised piirded. Tehtud projekt annab ülevaate ehitustegevusest ning toob välja ohud ehitustöödel, mis võivad tekkida ehitustöödel.

This graduation thesis resolves the organisation of construction work at the apartment building in Tallinn, Rehe 5. The planning of the construction work was based on the architectural preliminary project of the building, the main project of the constructive part and special parts, and the volume of construction works prepared by the budget manager of Kaamos Ehitus OÜ. The graduation thesis describes the solutions of the architectural and structural parts of the building. The study has identified the cost of organizing works, the need for temporary water and electricity, and provides a consolidated schedule based on time logs and volumes of work. The paper indicates the work safety requirements, the quality assurance requirements and contains a description of the engagement method. The author of the graduation paper deals with the organization of the assembly and the roof work in more detail. The estimated construction period is 255 days. A general plan of the construction site has been prepared, which shows the location of the temporary shelters, the location of the storage areas, the area of of the machinery movement, the location of the tower crane, the location of the electric cabinets and temporary barriers. The project gives an overview of the construction activities and outlines the risks to the construction works that may occur during the construction works.
