Islandi Hotelli „Hotel Geirland“ ehitustööde organiseerimine

Lõputöös on lahendatud Islandil ehitatava hotelli juurdeehituse organiseerimine. Alusmaterjalina kasutati SEVE Ehituse AS-ilt saadud jooniseid ja projektdokumentatsiooni. Lõputöös on kirjeldatud hoone arhitektuurne lahendus, lähteandmete ning hoone konstruktsiooni ja viimistlusega. Montaaži-, väli- ja sisetööd teostavad SEVE Ehituse AS brigaadid. Eritööd koos vundamenditöödega teostavad kohalikud Islandi koostööpartnerid. Püstitustööde algus on planeeritud 24. aprill 2020 ning lõpp 27. juuli 2020. Kokku kulub 94 päeva montaažitööde algusest kuni sisetööde lõpuni. Mööbli paigaldus Seve Ehituse AS poolt ei ole kinnitatud ning see tõttu seda ei arvestata koondkaledergraafikus. Kõik tööd on jaotatud etappidena, mida täidab kindel brigaad. Hoone ehituse organiseerimise kogu kulud on leitud vastavalt lepingus kokkulepitud mahtudele. SEVE Ehituse AS organiseerimise kulud moodustavad 10,12% kogu eelarvest. Graafilises osas on toodud logistikaplaan ja ajakulu, mis läheb transpordile. On lahendatud montaažiplaan nii seina elementidele kui ka katusetöödele ning toodud ehitusplatsi üldplaan. Koondkalendergraafikus on leitud, et maksimaalne tööliste arv on 23 töömeest, kes on korraga platsil. Ülesanded brigaadidele on jaotatud vastavalt nende oskustele.

The thesis has solved the organization issue of the hotel enlargement in Iceland. Drawings and project documentation from SEVE Ehituse AS were used as the basis material. The thesis describes the architectural solution of the building, together with the basic data, structure and decoration of the building. Assembly, outdoor and indoor works are done by SEVE Ehituse AS brigades. Special works and foundation works are carried out by local Icelandic partners. The start of the assembly works is scheduled for 24 April 2020 and the end is scheduled for 27 July 2020. It takes 94 days from the start of the assembly works until the end of the interior works. The installation of furniture by Seve Ehituse AS has not been approved and is therefore not included in the consolidated schedule. All the works are divided into stages filled by a certain brigade. The total cost of organizing the construction of the building has been determined according to the volumes agreed in the contract. SEVE Ehituse AS costs for organizing are 10.12% of the total budget. The graphic section shows the logistics plan and the time spent on transport. The assembly plan has been done for both the wall elements and the roof works and the general plan of the building site has been presented. The consolidated schedule shows that the maximum number of workers is 23 at the same time. The tasks for the brigades are divided according to their skills.
