Maksimaalseks tööliste arvuks on 80 töölist. Koostatud tehnoloogiakaardid on muuhulgas abiks kogu hoone maapealse osa kandekonstruktsioonide ehitustööde teostamisel.

The objective of this thesis was to organise the construction work of the building to be built. As initial data, the basic project for the construction of the hospital block was used. Architectural and structural solutions for the building to be built were described based on the basic project. In the thesis, a general plan of the construction site reflecting its layout during construction period of the load bearing structures was prepared, indicating the location of the tower crane, temporary roads, site accommodation park, reinforcement and casing areas, and storage sites. The execution of the assembly of the intermediate floor and bearing walls and posts was described via technology maps. The construction work budget and the master timetable were also prepared, and the number of construction workers needed was accordingly found. The choice of lifting equipment, the contracting method, and the method for ensuring safety and environmental protection at work were, too, described. In the economic section, the budget for the construction work was prepared and the share necessary for the organisation of the construction work in the total project budget was evaluated. The cost of organising the building to be built is 1 218 860 EUR which represents 10% of the total budget. On the basis of the timetable prepared, the duration of the construction works is 485 days, which is approximately 24 months -- i.e. the construction work is to be carried out during the execution period laid down in the contracting agreement. The work starts after the issue of the building permit, i.e. 12.09.2019, and ends after the issue of the authorisation for use and the act of delivery, i.e. 04.08.2021. The maximum number of workers is 80. Technology maps were used to design the intermediate floor of the ground floor and the assembly work of the load-bearing walls and posts on the 1st floor. The technology maps provide a description of the technology for performing the construction work, the choice of tools and means required to perform the construction work, the definition of the number of workers and the work performed by the brigades, the transport of materials, the occupational safety requirements associated with the assembly work, and the quality requirements in the form of manufacturing and construction tolerances.
