Lauda laienduse ehitustööde organiseerimine

Lõputöö eesmärgiks oli lahendada lüpsifarmi lauda juurdeehituse ehitustööde organiseerimine. Lõputöös koostati teraskonstruktsiooni montaažitööde ja betoonitööde tehnoloogiakaart. Anti ülevaade ehitusmaksumusest, kalendergraafikust ja ehitusplatsi üldplaneeringust. Lõputöö koostati Tallinna Tehnikakõrgkooli ehitusinstituudi ehituse organiseerimise teemalise lõputöö juhendi järgi. Töö aluseks võeti Pekko Projekt OÜ poolt koostatud lauda laienduse konstruktiivne tööprojekt, lüpsifarmi laienduse arhitektuurse osa seletuskiri ja lüpsifarmi laienduse põhiprojekt. Ehitustöödega alustatakse 14. mail 2020 ja lõppevad 6. augustil 2020. Ehitustööde kogumaksumus 467 328,86 €. Kalenderplaan on koostatud lähtudes tööde tehnoloogilisest järjekorrast ja tööks vajalikust tööliste arvust.

Objective of the work was to resolve the organisation of construction of the milking parlor. In the course of work is given an overview of the organisation of construction based on the instructions of thesis prepared by Department of Civil engineering of Tallinn University of Technology. The thesis was compiled by a detailed technology map of steel structer assembly works and concrete works. The work is provided with scope of activities, budget, consolidated calendar plan, general plan of the construction site and described with recruitment methods and occupational safety Construction work will be started on 14 May 2020 and will last until 6 August 2020.Total cost of the construction work is 467,328 euros. Timing schedule is based on technological sequence of works and the number of workers at the site. In the technological map of assembly operations, overview is provided of quality requirements, lifting equipment,requied tools and occupational safety. The technology map of concrete works gives an overview of the construction foundation and floor slab .Drawings of the technological map indicate the duration of work, time standards, formwork of the construction and reinforcement work.
