Poolautomaatse tööoperatsiooni optimeerimine ja parendamine ettevõtte Monier OÜ näitel

Lõputöös „Poolautomaatse tööoperatsiooni optimeerimine ja parendamine“ analüüsib autor teoreetilisele taustale tuginedes võimalusi tootmisprotsessi kaardistamiseks ning protsessi efektiivsuse parandamiseks tõhusa lahenduse leidmist. Autor selgitas ka protsessi automatiseerimiseks rakendatava roboti eeliseid. Lõputöö praktilises osas andis autor ülevaate projekteerimise protsessist. Lisaks sellele selgitas autor roboti töö organiseerimiseks, katsetamiseks ja juurutamiseks tehtavaid korraldusi. Lõputöö analüütilises osas kirjeldas autor protsessi parendamisega saavutatud automaatse protsessi rakendamise ja juurutamise samme ning tõi tasuvusanalüüsis välja projekti edukuse faktorid. Autor viis tootmise parendamiseks alustatud automatiseerimisprotsessi lõpule ning projekt on autori hinnangul eesmärgi saavutanud.

The following thesis Optimization and Improvement of Semi-Automatic Operation on the Example of the Company Monier OÜ, the author analyzes the possibilities of mapping the production process and finding an efficient solution to impove the efficiency of the process, based on the theoretical background. The author also explained the advantages of a robot used to automate the process. In the practical part of the dissertation, the author gave an overview of the design process. In addition, the author explained the arrangement for organizing, testing and deploying the robot’s work. In the analytical part of the dissertation, the author described the steps of the implementation and introduction of the process automatic process achieved by the process improvement and pointed put the factors of the project success in the cost-benefit analysis. The author completed the automation process started to improve production, and according to the author, the project has achieved its goal.
