Kokkuvõte

Käesoleva lõputöö projektiks oli lahendati tervisekeskuse ehitustööde organiseerimine, Põhja-Tallinnas, Sõle tänav 63. Lõputöös lahendati kaks tehnoloogiakaarti, nendeks on 0-korruse montaažitööde tehnoloogiakaart ja katusetööde tehnoloogiakaart. Töös võib leida ka autori poolt koostatud ehitusplatsi üldplaani. Töö käigus on välja arvutatud tööde teostamiseks vajalikud tõstemehhanismid. Valitud tõstemehhanismideks said tornkraana Liebherr 256 HC ja autokraana 30T Terex-Demag AC30 City. Välja on ka toodud töö- ja tuleohutuse ning keskkonnakaitse nõuded. Ehitustööd algavad 6. juulil 2020 ja lõppevad täielikult 16. detsember 2021. Lõputöö raames koostati koondkalenderplaan ja ehituseelarve. Ehituseelarve koostamisel saadi projekti kogumaksumuseks ilma käibemaksuta 5 268 076 eurot. Kogumaksumusest moodustavad organiseerimiskulud 5,2%. Ehitustööde organiseerimise projekt andis autorile hea ülevaate ehituse organiseerimise protsessist, andmete töötlemisest ja ehituses kasutatavate programmide kasutamisest. Samuti ka eelarve koostamisest ja ehitusega kaasnevatest kuludest.


The aim of this diploma paper was to create solution for organizing construction works of the Health Center, located in 63 Sõle Street, in North Tallinn district. This building has a rectangular ground plan with a length of 39,4 meters and a width of 31,1 meters. The total height from the ground is 17,5 meters. The building has five floors on the ground. Offices for doctors and nurses are situated on floors 1 to 4, as well as facilities for examination and treatment. The 5th floor has smaller space, the ventilation equipment and document archive are located there. Technical rooms , auxiliary rooms and the underground parking lot are located in the basement. Two technology maps were created with this diploma work – for assembling works on the underground floor and for roof works. Both technology maps include text part with descriptions of technological processes of works and their execution, and graphic part. The author of this work also created the general plan of the construction site in order to get better understanding of the structure of the construction site and the organizing of works. The general plan also includes both text and graphic parts. The calculations for determining the lifting equipment, needed for the works, were also done in the work. Requirements for occupational health, fire and environmental safety were outlined as well. Consolidated calendar plan was created and the budget of construction works prepared. The calendar plan shows the connections between different work stages, durations and start and end dates. Construction works begin on July 6, 2020 and are completed on December 16, 2021. The total cost of the project, excluding VAT, was EUR 5 268 076. Administrative costs are calculated as 5.2% of the total cost. The construction budget is created according to the time norms and unit prices of EKE NORA database and RATU cards, taking into account the Estonian standard EVS 885: 2005.46 Creating the plan for organizing construction works gave the author a good understanding of the organizing process, data processing and the softwares used in construction business. It also gave valuable experience in budgeting and understanding administrative costs in the construction process.
