Mardi tänav 4 ja 6 ehitustööde organiseerimine

Käesolevas lõputöös on koostatud ehitusplatsi generaaplaan, kus on näidatud töömaa suurus, soojakute ja masinate paiknemine platsil. Kraana töötamise piirkond, ajutiste teede paiknemine. Olemas on liiklusskeem ja välja on arvutatud objekti elektritarbimine ja vajalik veevarustus. Välja on toodud ehituse organiseerimisekulude protsent kogu hoone maksumusest. Koostatud on üldine kalendergraafik ning montaaži- ja katusetöödetööde kalendergraafik. Lahendatud on ka hoone 3 montaažitööde ja katusetööde tehnoloogia kaardid. Töös on toodud ülevaade hoone konstruktsioonidest ja tehnosüsteemidest. Hoone 3 montaažitöödeks on autor valinud tornkraana Liebherr 280ECH-12. Autor on koostanud ka ehitustööde mahutabeli, kasutades EVS 885:2005 standardset vormi. Eraldi on välja toodud hoone 3 tõstemehhanismide, töölavade ja masinate vajadus ning maksumus. Hinnad on leitud Eesti turul tegutsevate rendifirmade kodulehtedelt. Antud hoonete maksumuseks kujunes 10 263 242.- eurot (ilma käibemaksuta). Lõputöö koostamine andis uusi teoreetilis teadmisi montaaži ja katusetööde kohta. Oluline on et toimuks vooltootmine, et tööd saaksid tehtud väheste vigade ja et ehitusmasinad oleksid optimaalsed. Tööde teostamisel tuleb kindlasti järgida ohutusnõudeid.

The current graduation thesis aims at solving the organization of the construction works of buildings no. 4 and 6 in Mardi Street. The author of the present thesis has used the architectural and design projekct and projects of special parts for planning the works. A general plan of the construction site has been compiled indicating the location of temporary housing and storage areas on the site. The traffic management plan and locations of temporary paths have also been described. The general plan indicates the external networks and communications located on the construction site and the proximity of these. A construction schedule has been compiled, indicating the duration of all construction works for the additional building. The process chart of assembly works and roofing of building 3 has been compiled. Within the framework of the present graduation thesis, the author has compiled a volume table of constructions works by using EVS 885:2005. The construction cost of the given buildings was 10,263,242 Euros net of VAT . The thesis brings out the need and cost for lifting equipment separately. The prices have been found by using the prices of larger rental companies in the Estonian market. The compilation of the current graduation thesis provided new theoretical knowledge on assembly and roofing works. It is of significant importance to plan the performance of works in an efficient enough way to be certain that these get done the first time and with minimal errors.
